It's been a long time but looking at the code:
capacity start at 2
armor +2
weapon +1 if heavy/ranged then +2
potion seller +2 (has two sets of 3 poitions)
porter + 2 (set of stolen luggage)
dancer +1(dramatic costume)
sapper +3(5 black bombs and shovel(considered heavy)
dwarf +2(ancestral weapon(heavy))
I honestly cant remember if these came from the rulebook or not, it's been so long. there does seem to be a bug with the weapon capacity being properly set which ill fix. if you have any suggestion feel free to let me know. in general i'd ignore the capacity unless a player is really carrying too much shit

Bugs have been fixed and I make unarmed not cost a capacity
