Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed :) I've been super busy irl with moving to a new country and stuff and gamedev got kinda neglected. But I assure you, I will be back with a better version of this game when I have the time :)

Nope, but I may work on a full-blown version if I ever get the time. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed :)

Thank you for your kind words :)

Thank you, and yes I should've added a restart button. Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks for the kind words :)

Thank you! I didn’t make any of the artwork except the character though, I couldn’t make that much in 2 days even if I tried 💀. I’m glad you enjoyed! How many endings did you get?

Finally found another GB Studio game! Really love the concept and the artwork, great job!

Really enjoyed playing this! Really like the mechanic. Also, this low-key gives Among Us vibes XD

Fun little game. I got stuck on the crane level, though. Still, I think it's a great mechanic and I'm just too big of a noob to not be able to enjoy the game properly. Also, I read the description, get well soon!

101 resets... Amazing game, though. Love the concept and the puzzle design. Enjoyed playing it a lot!

Fun little game with a cool concept. Wish it was longer, though. Otherwise, great job!

This game has a lot of potential but needs major fixes. The controls are way too janky to have any fun. Otherwise, this seems like a really fun and relaxing game.

Thank you, I think it’s the ugly cover that makes people not want to play it. I should make a new one.

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed. I’ll check out your game in a few hours.

XD yeah I can relate

Really unique visual novel experience, enjoyed it a lot. The artwork is awesome and the story is well directed. Great job overall. Would recommend, 10/10.

Good idea and concept but executed poorly. The orbiting feature is extremely distracting and it's really hard to hit the right arrows while trying to move the camera to a desired position. I'd recommend making it top-down and 2.5D. Really nice concept, though.

Just wait 2 seconds after the intro text ends, the game should then start. All the controls are in the description. If it still doesn't work, let me know and I'll look into it.

Pressing "z" during the intro text won't actually do anything, it's set to change the scene every 2 seconds.

Thank you for the feedback! I can't change the controls as I built this using GB Studio, a game engine that you can use to make GameBoy games and export them as actual GameBoy roms or as HTML browser games. As the GB and the GBC only have a D-Pad,  A and B buttons, and the Start and Select buttons, X and Z are the only keys I could map them to. I wanted to add something like the NPC suggestion you gave but I made this in the last 1.5 days of the jam (some stuff came up) so I couldn't add it. Thanks a lot for the feedback, I'll check out your project as well.

I've only played a handful of gamejam games all the way to the end, this being one of them. This game is extremely polished and very well made. I love the graphics, the lighting is very well done (except in a few places where it's just a little too dark), the sound effects give the right amount of juice to the game, and the soundtrack is awesome. I'm assuming that you used Unity's Particle System to create the particles. When I think of particles created using Unity's Particle System, I think of huge and ugly blobs, but the particles in this game are extremely well done. I don't have any negative feedback except for the darkness issue that I've already mentioned. If this ever turns into a full Steam release, I'd definitely buy it. Excellent job!

Good concept, the collisions are whack, though and it doesn't feel too good to play. Also it's extremely buggy, I know every gamejam game is buggy, but this was buggy to a point where it was almost unplayable. I'm sorry for the negative comment but I'm being brutally honest here.

Amazing game. It fits the theme well and it's extremely fun to play. I couldn't finish the entire game though, I'm not a pro gamer like some of you guys here :( It could need some polishing. It would've been nice to have a checkpoint system as it's kinda irritating restarting the level every time you lose. But again, this is very well made for something you made in 9 days.

Thank you, I didn't make the artwork (except the characters) tho, I've credited the tileset I used in the description.

Thanks a lot!

Thank you! Didn’t think many people would’ve noticed the reference. How many endings do you find?

Edit: I can’t use my laptop atm so I’ll check out and rate your game in a few hours
