This has a lot potential but it has some flaws rn like the card text going too fast to read anything (it's really bad when pair with that skeleton) [slow its base speed down and add a option to change the speed back up (like Slay the Spire or Balatro)] and the fact the game doesn't tell you that running out of card's from your deck will slowly kill you instead of reshuffling the deck or the fact i can't look at my full deck because there is no scrollbar anywhere there (i also think the item that gives 1 Max HP is really bad)
There are a bunch of bugs as well but most of them have been reported all ready like the item bugging out or the orc disappearing
but i did run in to a softlock (or soft crash) when using invigorate at max mana but im unsure if that is what did (i got again when i tabbed back in to the game and played a card i think its waiting for the animation that's stuck)
I also softlocked again when i opened up my deck just as i got in a fight as i could no longer close it
And sometimes you get 2 free mana on turn one i think it has something to with using a 2 cost card when you have 1 free mana
I do like a lot of the ideas here like the dice picking your path and how the mana pool work's it gives you a lot of decisions that you can make in a fight. The Art is also really cool and well put together (im including the animation here) and the cards are mostly balanced
i didn't think you'd update the game so fast but regardless i played it and found some more bugs
1. you forgot to change the folder in the folder to 1.1 instead of 1.0 (small nit pick)
2. Buffs and debuffs carry over fights so i had like 80 armor because of blade mail and ignite was on the next enemy with the same turns left tell it expired
3. the bonny crafting resets the day (it looks it happens somewhat on purpose given the bad day text) the thread is also stuck on the screen afterwards
4. the exit button doesn't send you back to the main menu or start a new day (so it doesn't work?)
5. You can just stack up the Armor form blade mail turn after turn (very funny) and it then becomes permanent
6. Armor Debuff doesn't seem to be viable to on the enemy page after you a apply the debuff to them (it counts as ignite that's why)
I enjoyed the update the hand holding the sticky note is a nice addition to the game it especially helped me see some of the bugs like the buff stacking and is overall a better step towards better commenting information to the player (and then me to you). i also liked how power is regained after/before combat it makes over change usable and buying max power somewhat usefully.
I also liked the new(?) double glitch battle its cool :)
I do think the game can use some work still in the information department as the ZXC CAN be somewhat confusing as some one that doesn't understand code terms won't understand what Print means. i also think the game could use a small power uses text somewhere in the skill menu even if its a % (a repeat ask i know but still)
hello i found some odd things that may be bugs it's a bit hard to tell right now as the game is hiding some of the numbers form me (the enemy's HP)
- (I will start off the crash first). The game crashes if bonny beats you and then look at the map
- The Time from Day two onwards breaks and stops being correct [12AM to 6AM becomes 4AM to 3AM]
- Speaking of Day 2+ the Bonny boss HP doesn't reset when you fight her again
- ^ Her sprite also doesn't show up at day Day 3+
- You don't regain MP/Power/Energy after a fight (i can't tell if you meant to do this or not if you did it sucks)
- If you don't have power the game will just pertain you did damage and skip your turn (it won't eat it any power at least)
- You can't reapply the Blade Mail buff (i think it's sprite went away a turn after i used the skill so idk it's also hard to tell if it even works at all) (i killed a thing with it so it does work)
- I think i apply the burn effect with a attack im not really sure why that happened (i think i stacked attack too high maybe the game doesn't clean up properly)
- You can kind of chess the maze mingame by moving your as it starts ( i don't know how you can fix this)
I think that's all of them i found so far i will say that it feels very rough like a early dev game so its fitting that its full of bugs but i don't think its that bad all thing consider as only the RPG bits where the issues are (for the most part) but the game has some trouble communicating some things like how much damage effects are doing like Burn and Blade Mail not showing damage numbers and how much power needed not being showed in the skill tool tips and some skills aren't really explained like Stun (it may be bugged) i don't know what it does like at all (if anything)
I do like the cobbled together natural of this game all in all and i do find the idea of this game quite interested

I think i needed more clarification on the vines i already know that you don't lose stamina i think i saw the stamina not decreased and noted it was bugged but forgot why i thought that and after looking at a slime noted stamina does not decrease so with stamina being fine but Vines being noted as bugged i replaced stamina not going down with time not passing instead (i hope that makes sense)
Ok i believe this is the last time bit of bugs to be found (for now) and this time i will compression them down a bit here so i don't chain forever.
Ok a easy one first the is donate to the Library there is a mishmash with the cost as the Librarian says 300 and Mina says 500 (i assume one was changed recently but not the other).
The second one is Beth scene when you go to her house for the First time without a Elasticity Elixir and leave time will pass (it didn't pass for anybody else only her).
The third one is that the Vine plant doesn't pass time sometimes when exploring and running in to them (i think it's when you find them with out the ability to harvest pollen) i could not repeat this (i think i confused time with stamina not going down)
sorry for the confusion the undo button does disappear correctly (that's why i get softlocked) as for the intro i believe the person im referring to is named Ralkee (at least the journal is called her that) when you go on a walk with Alethia she is called a fluff ball.
i know about the i im stuck bit but its the intro still so i can just redo it all really fast and even then its still buged
I believe that i have softlocked my game in the into By using the undo button.
when interacting with the fluff ball the game breaks and only the undo redo and meditate buttons [Picture of issue below] and if you go too far and hit undo you will be unable to do anything (i can't tell if the undo key has a set limit of uses and that's why im softlocked now)
kind of interesting so far there's not a lot to do but that's fine.
I have however found some bug's already [i played on Itch.io with Firefox]
- Loading saves can reset what day your on but not the time (it fixes itself after a new day starts)
- You can pay for Sable for only 500 coins instead of the 800 that's listed
- The Milk maid job will only pay you 100 instead of 150
kind of interesting so far (i got to Morya) and i found some bug (2)
The first one is the 2 slime quest (the one where you get 5 slimes) if you have already caught 3 slimes and accept you will skip the camping scene when you get a 4 slime.
The second bug is that enemy's HP reset when you enter and leave a menu
very well i ran in to a 2 crashes and just now a combat that just blacks the screen when i used skills [i could not repeat the error]
If you use Ivan Lieric pass in the Pog Champ fight the game dies [after the animation finishes] and gives me this Error
And the game just dies some times (it crashed 3 times) when move between zones it takes a bit for it too happen and it may have something to do with loading to many times idk i did have this in my debug file tho if that helps

i actually found the game from one of those Devlogs on YouTube i got randomly recommended one of them several months ago (at least 7 months) found it really interesting and then i put playing this game on the back burner until 2 days ago so here i am :)
I will keep the version thing in mind though. (0.7.8 thing does sound funny tho)

That is insane i didn't think you would be that fast (mainly because the last post was 100 days ago so hours is really fast) i also didn't expect you to fix it i thought you'd say it was a known issue and was fixed in 0.2.1 or something but that's really nice (i may be tempted to report more bugs if you want). As for the versions i have played 0.1.1 and 0.2.1 so far (i haven't gotten that far in 0.2.1 yet) and i plan on hitting 0.3.1 next after i finish my 2 0.1.1 runs (i may have made a new team from the ground up to see if that fixed the bug and to look at the skills) and 0.2.1
