Hey! I dont usually play ps2 style graphics games but i had some spare time and decided to try some games, i played yours and i have to say that it was a smooth experience, if i was you i would focus on improving the sound a lot and keeping those graphics, also if you decide to keep developing the game i would love to see more dream no sense style gameplay, it reminds me of my game which is about dreams hehe.

Hey, i played your game and i really wanted to give you some feedback that is actually going to help you...
Everything in the game can be improved but i wouldnt suggest you do that, you are clearly in a stage that you are learning and its a big milestone to reach at this point where you made a prototype and released it on a platform. I would suggest you to keep adding more things like pickups, maybe some movement mechanics, power ups, attack combos and keep practising on making mechanics and games, when you feel more confident you can join gamejams, its really easy to meet people on game jam discord servers and collab to make a game so you dont have to focus on everything.
I hope you keep up the work, i will follow you to get updates on everything you do!
Am really sorry for saying this but this game was absolutely horrible! I really liked the aesthetic and the enviroment and thats the reason i downloaded the game in the first place but, there were a lot of bugs, the objectives were not clear, the ghostly effects were cheap, the voice acting was really bad and out of place, the cutscenes were not smooth and many things on the game felt cheap like the loading screen. You have a great core which is the house its self so i really believe that you should start over
Thanks for your feedback! About the visuals i agree with you, i wanted to do so much more for the visuals but there was no time! There are for sure some things missing, if we had more time we would add one or two more enemies and a boss maybe, also some some small tasks arround the planet to help you improve/upgrade/level up, which would force you to move arround. Also there is a way to heal, if you choose life steal upgrade, we did not add any other healing methods to increase the replayability. Thanks again, i wish we had this feedback before the deadline hehe.
This game has a lot of potential! Lets start with the good stuff!
The sound and arts fits together very nicely while nothing feels out of place, it looks really simple but not sketchy at all.
I used to play age of empires on games with farms so i love that resource gathering, building and expanding mechanics!
To the "bad" now, which can always be fixed, added or improved later, also am aware that this was a 10 game jam and you probably had other things to do with your life. So what am going to write from now on, note that am not going to consider all of them when i rate your game, just leaving those here to help you improve.
The thing is that i couldnt really progress the game because when i made a lumbermill and assigned people to work on it i didnt get any wood back even when days passed, that goes for the farms too, i might be a bit stupid hehe but some better explanation to the game mechanics with indicators would be very helpful. Other than that its missing things like a restart button, a save game, its a bit annoying for the tutorial and intro to appear every time you open the game. I love when games like that have different play styles so they feel organic and give me real choices.
Am not very good at writing paragraphs, sorry about that.
