It is planned to make desktop version working with steam but not at high priority

Kingdom of Pixels is a 2D MOBA, Platformer game similar to the style of other MOBAs like League of Legends and DOTA 2. The game's theme is pixel-like, bringing a nostalgic and simplistic feel to it. Before playing the game, you must first make an account.

Choose among a diverse roster of heroes to play as, and win the match by destroying the enemy's crystal! By killing enemy minions and heroes, you gain Gold to build and upgrade items and Experience to level up and become stronger. You can utilize map elements such as Runes and Brushes to your advantage and control the match in your favor!

With a wide variety of heroes and items to choose from, you'll experience unique and distinct games. Choose between a melee or ranged hero that specializes in either Normal or Magic type damage, customize your item build to fit your playstyle, and conquer your enemies with plans and strategies!

The game is still in its Pre-Alpha stage, and there are many things that the developer plans on improving and implementing into the game.

Average match length: ~15 minutes

Current playable game modes: 

• 1 v 1 Ranked Match (Go head-to-head with your opponent!) 
• 2 v 2 Ranked Match (Match up with someone and win through cooperation and teamwork!) 
• Practice Match (Play solo and try out different item combinations with your preferred hero!)

How to play: 

•  You can only buy items in your spawn, so think carefully on what items you'll get before heading out to the lane! 
•  Win a match by destroying the enemy crystal with your minions. You cannot damage the crystal yourself, so your minions are your win condition. 
•  Open up the path to the enemy crystal by destroying their tower. This will boost the stats of your minions, giving you a big advantage!

Strategies: 

• Before the match actually starts, there is a 45-second preparation period that counts down to 00:00. At 00:00, the first minion wave spawns, and the Gold Rune spawns at the upper area. Use the time to position yourself near the Gold Rune so you can get the extra gold! 
• Whenever you buy items, try and save some gold for at least one Health Potion! A Health Potion helps keep you in lane as long as possible because it can keep you at high health to respond to enemy movement. Remember to avoid damage while using one, or else it will interrupt the healing! 
• Buff Runes spawn every minute starting at 01:00 in the bottom area. Take advantage of these runes as the buffs you get from one can turn the tide against the enemy, especially in 2v2!

You can customize controls in settings!

Controls:   W - Jump  A - Move left S - Move right D - Drop down

J / Left-click - Basic attack  K / Ctrl - 1st Ability L / Alt - 2nd Ability

B - Recall back to spawn

[1, 2, 3, 4, 5] - Item actives | Right-click - Sell items

Hello everyone! I am developer of Kingdom of Pixels brand new 2D MOBA game in browser. 

The game is done from scratch (No game engines) using Typescript and NodeJS.

• These days i have 30 online in average, tho i think my game is quite hard for newbies and i want to hear your opinion!

• Game is developed with passion and always based on the player's feedback

My questions are:

• Do you like game as it is, or MOBA is not realy good for browser gaming
• Do you think it is too much complicated
• What would you suggest as new feature (Game is still in Alpha and is under daily maintanance, we are working on it futher)
• Do you think game like this can work ?

Chest of Malevolence got definitely nerf in 1v1, Chest of Malevolence can have great impact in 2v2 against 2x Ability power hero, where it has no cooldown and reduce 18% of Ability power

Hello ZakariGhorfati, there will be downloadable version, however it is not that simple coz we are using REST server to deliver data as it is online game. I have an issues with cert for MacOS for some reason. Seems like MacOS Does not support FreeSSLCert. Game should work even if it says that it is not safe. If you get disconnected then there is another issue, WebSocket refused connection. Try google chrome latest version also try guest mode if works.
