I'm very sorry to hear that, it seems that DLsite's phone UI is bugged for some users and I've written an email to them requesting for a fix.

Someone else reported the same download problem to me when using DLsite on their phone, they said it worked once they used their computer to download. 

Could you try to see if the download works on your computer?
