Hi! I’m Samuel and I’m interested in the $25 single-issue task. I see you’ve already provided the public demo.
Could you send me the reproduction steps, browser/device where the issue occurs, and the expected result? Once I review those along with the relevant source, I can confirm whether I can take it on.

Hi! I’m Samuel, a game-focused artist interested in working on long-term projects like this.
I really like the consistency you’re aiming for with the characters, especially the isometric proportions, color treatment, and simple but expressive animation of your original reference. I understand that the goal isn’t simply to create good pixel art, but to make every new character feel like it belongs to the same game and matches that reference closely.
I’d be interested in working within those specific constraints: isometric style, consistent proportions, 7–8 frame idle animation, and GIF delivery. I’m also comfortable working from a strong visual reference and making adjustments until the style is consistent.
I’m interested in the long-term nature of the work as well, and the 12–20 characters per year sounds like a good sustainable workflow.
portfolio is currently not available
I’d be happy to create a small test/sample based on your reference if you’d like to see how closely I can match the style.
Hey Masquelle! I’m Samuel, a game-focused developer and 3D artist, and OVERCHANGED sounds like a really interesting project to contribute to.
I really like the amount of story and worldbuilding you and your friend have already developed, especially the changes to the Underground and the new characters and areas.
My main experience is with game design and 3D/low-poly assets, including characters, environments, props, and other game-ready assets. I’d be interested in contributing on the development/design side where my skills fit the project, and I’m also open to learning the workflow needed for GameMaker.
I understand this is a volunteer hobby project with no strict deadlines, and I’m completely fine with that. I also respect the requirement for everything to be created manually without AI-generated art or code.
If you're open to having someone contribute on the game design/asset side, I’d be happy to discuss what the team currently needs most.

Hey! I’m Samuel, a game-focused developer and 3D artist interested in joining projects where I can contribute to both the technical and creative side.
PLEASE REWIND immediately caught my attention. I really like the idea of combining a familiar 90s VHS-store work loop with psychological horror that gradually becomes more disturbing.
I’d be interested in helping rebuild and polish the prototype in Unreal Engine 5, particularly with:
• First-person gameplay and player systems • Blueprint-based interaction systems • Pick-up and placeable objects • VHS shelving and rewind interactions • Objectives and task systems • Triggered/scripted horror events • Enemy encounters and basic AI • Flashlight and environmental interactions • Basic UI • Lighting and atmospheric gameplay sequences • Testing, optimization, and Windows builds
I’m comfortable working with Blueprints, and I’m also interested in expanding my technical workflow where C++ is appropriate. I enjoy building gameplay systems that feel responsive and reliable rather than relying on temporary prototype solutions.
For the first milestone, I’d approach the vertical slice systematically: establish the player and interaction framework first, then build the store tasks and VHS systems, followed by the scripted horror events and enemy encounter. This would give us a clean foundation to expand into the later nights.
I’m particularly interested in a long-term collaboration rather than just completing a single task. I understand that this is currently a revenue-share project with no guaranteed upfront payment, and I’m open to discussing the arrangement, responsibilities, ownership, percentages, and expectations clearly before development begins.
I’m available to discuss the current prototype, your existing assets, what was built with the AI-assisted tools, and which systems you want rebuilt first.
I’d also be happy to answer any questions about my experience, workflow, availability, and the areas of development I enjoy most.
Hello, I came across your post and I’m interested in the paid Level Designer/Playtester position.
I’m a game developer with a strong focus on game design, gameplay mechanics, level design, puzzle systems, and player experience. I’m particularly interested in designing levels around enemy behavior and environmental interactions, so the Dragon Egg mechanic and the idea of making players manipulate enemy positioning really caught my attention.
I’d be interested in working directly with your custom editor to create and playtest campaign levels and boss arenas, making sure the puzzles are challenging, readable, and fair to the player.
I’d be happy to discuss the project, your expected level scope, and your preferred payment structure. I can also provide relevant examples of my previous game-design work.

Hello, I came across your post and I’m interested in contributing to the RPG project. I’m a game developer with a focus on game design, 3D development, world-building, environment design, and gameplay systems.
The terrain and town-layout side of the project especially caught my attention. I’m interested in helping establish consistent environments, terrain scale, structures, and world layouts that work well with the fixed camera perspective and overall RPG experience.
I’d be interested in learning more about the current state of the project, the visual direction, and the specific workflow you’re using in Godot. If you’re still looking for a 3D/game-development collaborator, I’d be happy to discuss how I can contribute.

Hello,
I came across your post about your incremental slice-of-life game and I’m interested in contributing to the project.
I’m a game developer with experience in narrative and game writing, including developing character concepts, dialogue, story progression, world-building, and in-game events. I’m particularly interested in writing character-driven stories where everyday interactions and choices gradually reveal personality, relationships, and larger narrative threads.
For this project, I’d be interested in helping with character development, dialogue writing, event scenarios, story arcs, and narrative design, while also considering how the writing can work naturally alongside the incremental gameplay loop.
I’d be happy to share examples of my writing and discuss the tone, characters, and story direction you have planned.
Best regards, Sammy

Hey Shot Goblin, I came across your post about Glyph Rift and I’m interested in collaborating on the project. The combination of deckbuilding, spell crafting, dark fantasy, and the time-loop setting sounds like a strong foundation for a game.
I’m a game developer focused on game design, gameplay mechanics, systems, and development, and I’d be interested in helping take the existing demo further and contributing to the game's overall development. I’d be happy to work alongside you and help turn the systems and ideas you already have into a more polished playable experience.
I understand the current work is unpaid while you’re building the demo and seeking funding, and I’m open to discussing a collaboration around that stage of development. I’d be interested in seeing the current build and learning more about what you’re planning for the next milestone.
If you’re still open to collaborators, I’d be glad to discuss how I can contribute.

I came across your post about Chromatopsis, and I’m genuinely interested in working on it with you. The platformer/roguelike foundation combined with rhythm-based elements gives the project a lot of room for interesting gameplay systems.
I’m a game developer focused on game design, gameplay mechanics, systems, and development, and I can help take your concepts and prototype further into a structured, playable game. I’d be interested in taking responsibility for the development side while you focus on the art, writing, and creative direction you already have established.
Since you’re aiming for a Steam release, I’d also be interested in treating this as a serious long-term collaboration rather than just a small prototype. I’m open to the RevShare structure and would like to discuss the scope, current prototype, development responsibilities, and what we can realistically build together.
If you’re still looking for someone to take on the development side, send me the prototype and your current design ideas. I’d be happy to go through them and discuss how I can help turn Chromatopsis into a complete game.
