This is one of the most unique entries we've ever gotten in a BHA before, and I'm glad to say that in a highly positive way. It's a super creative game with excellent dialogue, visuals, audio and gameplay to accompany it. There's not a lot to it, but the mechanics and designs make it stand out like a spotlight. Congratulations, and thank you for the submission!

This is such a Syoudre game. And I love it. There's a lot I could say about this entry, but a whole story and character development was not on my bingo when I started playing it. That was fun, and so was the map system. As a BPoHC fan, it was such a nice thing to see in a game, even if it's very different from the one in it. Overall, a very polished entry and a fun game. Audio is one of the criteria for the contest, so it's a shame to give it one star for that while the rest of the game is very cool to play. I'm not very used to this type of shmup, but it felt very inviting and engaging to play. Thank you for the submission!

An extremely well put together entry that showcases that even with so many shmups out there, innovation can still be found. This game is definitely a step up from Tsuzyx's previous games, but the lack of polish here deeply hurts the experience. While I believe the author is capable of producing cool games, this game mostly replicates existing patterns from Touhou/Len'en, and does not overall fit the intention of the contest, which is to produce new, exciting content. In a non-contest perspective though, I believe this game can bring some fun to the player!

I must congratulate for the perseverance in using Scratch/Turbowarp, though, lol

The creativeness here is unreal. It's an amazing idea to make Yuuma be the protagonist in a game that follows the style of Kirby, and the creativity continues with the plethora of very cool different shot types. The humor in the game is also very fascinating, and it is a very easy game to tackle. Thank you for this submission to the jam!

I'm so glad we got a twin stick shooter submission this time around, and a super creative one at that. I haven't played much, but the variety here is super cool and it feels very engaging to play. Not sure if it was just me, but unless the color clashing is intentional, it's very easy to get lost in the danmaku and every other element present at the same time though. With that said, thank you for your participation in the jam!

A really neat game! Some of the patterns were really nice, and there's amazing concepts to see here. My only criticism for this game is that the stage section is pretty repetitive and so is the music, but other than that, it's a great entry! Thanks for joining the contest!

Currently, me and my team are busy producing our next project, 東方光像儀　～ Flickerframe Shutter Festival, but once we're done with it, we plan to do an engine update to this game that should hopefully fix the black screen problem for good, alongside performance improvements. Hi! You've packaged your game wrongly for release here. The game won't run in the engine because the files you provided are the files you used for your project development, not release. The bundled luastg file can only be run by the wxLua editor of LuaSTG for later code generation, which is unoptimal. It would be more convenient if you just packed your whole "game" folder and uploaded it here instead. If you're unsure about THlib's licensing issues, just pack the actual files inside your "mod" folder instead and upload them instead. You can message me if you have any questions and I'll be happy to help!

Hii, thanks for the comment! I just wanted to mention Kutaka Niwatari isn't featured in the game, I'm assuming you're talking about Shizuha Aki? I haven't really seen much content about her so I chose to give more of a highlight to the other bosses.

This game was more or less made to suit people that already play Touhou, so I didn't include any tutorial to learn how to play the game and assume the player already has experience with Touhou-like games. But thank you for pointing it out

Thanks for the comment! Others have already warned me about this bug and I plan on updating the game once the boss theme is completed (the current one is a placeholder), so that fix will come once that is added!
