I was promised keys for this game at the time of purchase but none were delivered. I get the same error that Ojub gets.

But Steam keys WERE advertised before and at the time of purchase so I don't understand your third paragraph. Itch requiring an offering of internal access to the project items does not change the external key offerings they advertised. This only points out their bare minimum requirements, not the external keys promised, so that's a moot point. There is definitely a case here.
Each of Humble Bundle's bundles donate to charity and their bundles can be refunded (completely or partially) if keys were not provided, granted they can take weeks to provide them when keys are temporarily exhausted. I would love to keep my purchase intact to support the charity but they also have to honor what is promised.
The way the keys were advertised in No ICE in Minnesota is similar to the way this bundle has 1 Steam key advertised. It's very clearly displayed.

The No ICE in Minnesota bundle had the Steam keys icon showing how many Steam keys there were in this bundle (16 or 17 keys at the time). This has since been removed but it doesn't change the fact that at the time of purchase this was included. At the time of purchase an agreement was made that isn't being honored. I'm all for the cause but this is very likely illegal and poorly handled.
The bundle advertised the number of keys on the bundle page, just before purchase (if you pay $10 or more). After purchasing, on the specific game pages that offer a Steam key it clearly states "Your purchase comes with a Steam key! Click the button to claim it". Those keys were not delivered and no mention of when they will be delivered. Having DRM-free is nice but I didn't buy this bundle for DRM-free games; I'm sure many others purchased it for the Steam keys that were advertised on the bundle page. Seems like a bait and switch.
