I got a reply from support on May 16th acknowledging the fact that my tax info was invalid, but that I had since re-submitted it.

The money has been transferred to me today, so this issue has been resolved.

Update to this:

It turns out my tax info wasn't filed in, which is strange, since this is not the first time I request a payout from itch (I've gotten paid by the site before) so I guess it must have expired at some point?

Anyway, I redid the interview, so I trust that should be in order now. Do you know if I need to do anything else?

The payout ID is 179070 and the support ticket I've opened about it is 275764.

Itch says it takes 10 to 14 days to review the payout, but it's been 15 days already. I tried opening a support ticket, to no avail.

Does anyone know of any other measures I should take in order to solve the issue?

I've updated both asset packs with a newer version that contains all of the files from before, in addition to the normal scale variants.

I thought the bigger size would be better as assets as it is easier to downscale than it is to upscale.
