Thank you for reporting! It SHOULD only pop up once you have 1 steel. I'll take a look and fix it! :)

hmmm maybe this has to do with your keyboard layout. Are you using ENG/USA-UK keyboard?

hey! I'm glad you think so. A MacOS version is not out of the table yet! I'll message you if I can make a playable version!

hahahha I'm glad you like! I'm working on the Linux version :)

Hahahaha your comment made my day! I'll make sure to fix the ending message so you can keep going.

Thank you! :)

It does work against the boss. By damage animation you mean the sparks? If so, that's a potential bug. I'll look into it!

Hey! The boss is currently just a "place holder". It can be found at depth 100

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it :)

Hello! That't unusual. Can you try resizing the terminal to make it bigger before running it again? Are you running it on Windows? If resizing the terminal doesn't work, try opening the terminal, make it bigger, navigate to where the game is saved using the comand "cd path/to/game-folder" then command "./terminal_descent.exe". Let me know how it goes.

Thank you so much for the love :)

oh, I'll try to figure out a way around this

Hello! I'm working on a MacOS compatible version!

Hello! I've tackled most of the bugs you reported. I'm still trying to reproduce the auto-mining randomly stopping, so I can pinpoint the cause. But I'm keeping an eye out!

Hi! The Linux version is out!

Hey! I'm currently working on a Linux build that should be available later this week!

Thank you for commenting! I'm glad you liked it!

Hey, just letting you know that the latest update fixed all the points you mentioned!

Cool! I use pyinstaller for that

Thank you!!!

hey! I'm sorry it bugged out. I'll try to track where the issue is.

I'm not using Curses. I use a library called scrap-engine for the terminal prints and pynput for the keyboard commands

Thank you so much for reporting theses bugs and detailing them. I'm already working on the first point (keys being registered all the time) and I will definitely address the other. Thanks again :)

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Interesting prototype! I've only had a chance to play it mobile, but I will try it on a pc soon too. I really like the artstyle and atmosphere you got so far. And I laughed ar the "se lascou" lol (Brazilian dev? E aí, amigo!). Keep it up :)

Thank you! I'll keep working on it

Hey! I really DIG you game :P

I've been developing a mining game myself and it's so cool to see your way of dealing with game progression.

I look forward to the next updates!

Really cool game! Keep it up!

As an alternative to making music yourself, I can recommend https://opengameart.org/ . It's definitely not super professional work, but there is great art and game music/sound effects there you can use for free!

Fun game to play with friends!

I'd suggest you add some sort of UI to inform the players of the "upgrades" they've picked up. And maybe add some effects or a more conspicuous animation to indicate that you have been "knocked out"/"paralized" by another player jumping on your head.

Really interesting game! It got me engaged in the story and the search mechanic is great.

I have to confess that I got stuck and only after @Itizso  's  comment I understand why. I agree that you should try to find a way to integrate those txt notes into the game.

Adding background music would help to set the mood aswell.

Otherwise, really interesting game. I'll keep checking back on the progress!

That's great! I'll make sure to check your progress periodically!

I'm currently working on the turning controls and I've been thinking about how to implement the asteroid damage on contact. It would make perfect sense, I'm just scared it could end up limiting the gameplay options. I already made a functional Store where you can sell your ore, but I'm yet to implement upgrades (which I agree that are what will bring purpose).

I'm super new to all of this so every new idea and input is super important to me! So thank you for your comment!

Really cool idea. A bit too easy, but with amazing potential
