To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing again regarding the continued withholding of my earnings. At this point, Itch.io owes me over $1,800 USD.

• Pending payouts: Over 3 weeks overdue, totaling $391.49 USD.

• Additional available balance: ~$1,400 USD, which remains blocked because your system will not allow further payout requests until the earlier ones are processed.

This means my full earned income remains frozen and inaccessible to me.

The delay has now become critical. I am at risk of losing my housing due to your failure to process payments. This is not only unreasonable, it is potentially unlawful withholding of earned income.

I previously gave notice that you had 7 days to resolve this. That time has passed. If immediate payment is not made in full, I will be contacting legal counsel. Please note: if I suffer damages—including the loss of housing—due to your non-payment, those damages will be added to the claims in any legal action.

This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter voluntarily and avoid escalation. I expect immediate release of all withheld funds.

• Pending payouts in review: $391.49 USD (3 requests, 13–24 days overdue)

• Available balance: $1,189.04 USD (inaccessible due to your system blocking new requests)

• Total funds withheld: $1,580.53 USD

Your own policies state that payouts become eligible after a 7-day fraud review. The three requests currently “in review” have exceeded that by weeks. Because your system prevents new payouts until those complete, you are effectively freezing all of my funds, including the balance that should be immediately payable.

This practice is not only unreasonable, it represents a breach of contract and unlawful withholding of earned income. I hereby demand that all funds owed ($1,580.53 USD) be released in full, immediately, without further delay.

If this demand is not met within 7 business days, I will pursue all available remedies, including:

1. Filing complaints with state and federal agencies overseeing payments and digital marketplaces.

2. Retaining counsel to initiate legal proceedings to recover the funds, plus damages, interest, and attorney’s fees.

This is your final notice to resolve the matter voluntarily. Continued delay will result in escalation.

Def I can see that right now! While I'm learning and getting the hang of things/have funding to pay professionals, some stuff will look off.  Trying my best, would mean a lot for you to just try it out. if you did then lmk here or in discord what stood out as slop. I want to get that addressed! 
Soon when I find a better stream to sell (because of itchs new nsfw rule) i will update the games with tons of images added. I've been spending HOURS and HOURS working with wildy complex models and I'm starting to get images to look amazing. Getting to where most you would have no idea it was ai. Bare with me!

Try to remove your payment stuff from your itch profile. Then when you go to pay, try to use paypal. If that doesn't work, hop on discord, and we will get you set there!

As my understanding is, you can still sell and buy NSFW games, they just aren't indexed. So you can't search or just find them normal ways! Thank you for asking and thank you for your support. It's cool to have people like you playing my games!

I don't have an exact date or a guess. Right now, itch just made all nsfw games unindexed. Their credit card processor said NO MORE NSFW GAMES. Right now, I'm trying to find a platform that would be good for my games.

On android, right now, there are no videos. The way unity works with android and the player I used is having conflicting errors. It's something I'm working on!

Okay, I'm uploading another test build for you. it will be named FutaSolitaire1.1.1TESTBUILD. It takes a while to upload. When you download it, wait for like 20 seconds or so to make sure it is done loading, if its still stuck then use the bug report (i fixed the button, so it should send properly now). 

Funny, I just remembered in the last updated i added the bug report feature, you can do F7 in the game and report do the bug report, and explain everything you can. Graphics card, processor. ect. Hitting send will send logs to me i can checkout.

I'm so glad it fixed it! There were some rookie mistakes I made with how I dealt with resolution so that might have been the problem! 
Some screens had problem with the new bug report menu being messed up, so I'll have to release another update in a little, let me know if you have anymore problems. I'm changing nothing except the size of the report menu.

hey! So right now I'm working on upgrading graphic card, I'll be able to add TONS of videos then, so right now just in idle. During this time I'm working on bug report features, instructions, another game (sfw store game), and general QOL stuff.

I think i might have found the problem. I think mine are in 32 bit and most older phones support it. The s25 does not. Its 64 so give me a couple of days to get the update out with testing.

So, all of my games are in development. I'm working on each one in blocks. I have a core set up per game. So, when i update one theme of the same game, all get updated. So there will be future development for the foreseeable future.  There's a lot I want to add, so it won't be complete until I'm happy!

Yes, if you buy a game, it come with all future updates! I think bundles also include that.

So, I only added android at the request of a couple of players. I didn't even know if I was able to. That being said, I have set up the core loading and saving (which was the main problem at the start) to change depending on the device being played. So, all of my updates should be 100% compatible with android. The only problem I'm having is getting the videos to play correctly, so those are disabled for now. Actively looking for a proper way to fix it.

Durning game play, there is no way, the game gets way to small and it messes stuff up! Now that you mention it though, I can add a way to rotate and it just enlarge the image that's on the display, I can try something like that! I'm more of a windows dev, I will see what I can do with android :D

Some of the same women have different size breast from medium to xxx large. They are grouped around each other in the gallery.  If youd like more than what's there already, let me know! no problem! I had to change the way it saves stuff, so the saves aren't universal over multiple games, and the videos don't work on android, but I'm working on that part! 

I have it on android now. Its still in testing but let me know how it works!
