This letter constitutes a formal demand for the immediate release of all funds owed to me by Itch.io. As of today, my account shows:

Available balance: $1,189.04 USD (inaccessible due to your system blocking new requests)

Total funds withheld: $1,580.53 USD
Your own policies state that payouts become eligible after a 7-day fraud review. The three requests currently “in review” have exceeded that by weeks. Because your system prevents new payouts until those complete, you are effectively freezing all of my funds, including the balance that should be immediately payable.
This practice is not only unreasonable, it represents a breach of contract and unlawful withholding of earned income. I hereby demand that all funds owed ($1,580.53 USD) be released in full, immediately, without further delay.
If this demand is not met within 7 business days, I will pursue all available remedies, including:
