No worries! I think I see what’s going on. The downloads tab in Chrome just remembers past downloads, but if the files were removed from your computer, they won’t open anymore. You’ll need to redownload them from your Itch.io account.

Here’s how you can check your purchases and get them back:

1. Log into the same Itch.io account you used to buy the chapters.
2. Go to this link: https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought
3. Click on "Recover Purchases" and enter your email to get a list of all your past purchases.

If you don’t see Chapter 2 & 3 there, it might mean:

• You purchased using a different account/email (try checking other email inboxes for the receipt).
• There’s an issue with Itch.io’s purchase history, and you might need to contact Itch.io support.

Let me know if this helps! Once you find the purchase, you should be able to redownload it easily. 😊

Sorry, you were disappointed by the game, but as it says in the description, this is just an early access version; to show people the story and way of playing I'm trying with this VN.

The completed story is of course going to be much longer (aiming for 8-10 times longer!) and will have more routes, variety and player choice.

While the game might be five minutes if you click straight through from start to finish, you'll learn a lot more about the main characters (and others) if you explore other options during your play through. Plus, as the game continues to develop, there will be some exclusive CGs you can only get on cetain routes.

Length aside, I do hope you enjoyed Chan and Jakob's story, and will check back to see how it develops.

As for the latest Demo I posted; that's not a new chapter, rather that's  edited and updated version of the old demo.

Everyone has access to the demo, because I want everyone to have a chance to experience LFTS, and beyond that, yes it's charged on a chapter-by-chapter basis.

I have to do this as itch has no form of subscription.

Yeah, it's intended to be the short with direct approaches. I have few more concepts ready, two among them will focus on romantic relationships.

I’m so sorry to hear that u couldn’t play the game through. Images aren't very big and there is no wrong in the code too. For a few people, 0.15 V is laggy, and for a few other, 0.16 is laggy.

I have fixed this issue by changing the resolution and image format. Now, the links are updated. I hope that u will give the game another chance with the new version, and thank u for your feedback.
