Thank you very much for your feedback!

I tried to replicate the bug you mentioned and failed to crash the game (I'm terrible at playtesting). But I think I understand what might have happened: I didn't disable the coal collision while the goblin is holding it. This must be generating several collision calls, and as you reported that the coal kept spinning, this only reinforces the problem. Thanks for the report!

Regarding the audio: I liked your suggestions, I'll test and adjust the sound level. If not, I'll try to compose something new.

I really appreciate your comments!

Thanks for your feedback!

I really like your observations about the interaction with the game and the feel of the music (which I unfortunately left to the end of the jam). I'll take note for future updates.

I really appreciate it, thanks again!

Well done!

The visuals and music are the charm of the game.

I find the controls a bit laggy, and the lack of ground texture is a bit strange (just an opinion).

When I played for the second time and used blender, I noticed that all the ingridients move to the blender output when complete, and then I can't I can't finish the recipe. The collisions are a little odd too, but is a minor problem and easy to solve.

It's a nice game, congratulations!

Congratulations!

At first I was confused, but once I understood the basic mechanics,  I find the fun.

I think the sound effects make a big difference in this game, especially in the kitchen.

Once again, congratulations!

I like the aesthetics of the game!

The turn-based combat is very simple and straightforward, with no complications. A solid basis for implementing more combat tactics and improvements.

Congratulations for the game!

I like the game!

The combat is simple. I only used the knife, which helped to enhance the mystery and atmosphere of the game.

Unfortunately, I didn't find out what was behind the door (shame on me), I think I misinterpreted the clues when I entered the numbers.

Congratulations for the game!

I really enjoyed the game!

The game knows how to pass an atmosphere of mystery and danger to the player.

I didn't find any bugs, just bothered me that the enemies never stopped chasing. The game is difficult, but I like a good challenge.

Congratulations on the game!

Thanks for the feedback!

Initially I thought of adding two other "factors" for the elevator to go up:

  • Gear system, which would need to be repaired from time to time;
  • Battery system, in which the goblin would need to touch a small generator, like a mouse wheel;

Unfortunately I didn't manage to develop the assets in time, so the tower is half empty.

I really liked the atmosphere and lighting of the game. Well done!

 At first I would have liked there to be an indication of when each wave ends and another begins, but as soon as I realized that this doubt was putting me on alert, I thought it best to leave it as it is.

I only found two bugs:

  • Sometimes the boards go through the floor when cut;
  • In some cases, the goblins stand at a distance from the window that doesn't allow me to poke them;

Congratulations for the game!

I will investigate this behavior of the camera control. Thanks for the report!

I think I need to make a whole game now.

Fun game! I like the fact that you show an “X” where the enemies will appear, it gives you time to rethink the move and avoid unfair damage. Good job!

Thanks for the feedback! I pointed the camera towards the fire when necessary to show the current objective of the game, avoiding breaking the immersion and show instructions texts. A long game about grinding for food could be boring, but I couldn't find a good balance in time, so and it became too short.

Thanks for the feedback! I had a lot of ideas for the game, but I prioritized getting the game mechanics and animations as polished as possible for the jam  submission.
Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the feedback! The original idea was that you would evolve based the fish-folk diet, but that part was cut due to the development time for the game jam.

Very nice game! The top-down shooter brings me nostalgia and I love the lore of Dead Space. Well done!

Nice to know that the camera assistant helps (it was the last feature implemented, and I'm glad I did it).

I'm glad you liked the swimming mechanic! It took a while to implement, but it couldn't be missing (after all, you control a fish-people)

Thanks for your feedback, it means a lot to me.

Thanks!
