Your issue is caused by a mod. If you are already using the newest version of it, then the developers of that mod might be able to help. From a quick search, I can only see some other people also having issues starting the game with it installed, but no specific fix.

The android version was made several years ago and is included as a free extra. It is not supported or updated anymore, and therefore may not work on newer devices.
