Thank you so much Matej. Your feedback worth's more than gold to me!!!! Thank you man!

Ok this game is very cool and I'm supporting it!

Some advice's to improve it.

1- You can add a difficulty level like Easy, Normal, Hard maybe Extreme. The players that like the game at some point would like to start with another kind of difficulty, this I think it's important for the difficulty curve.

2- When playing in windows I choose the full screen option and to quit the game I had  to press the windows button and then the arrow to leave the game. If you add the option to quit the game all players will be happy.

This is a nice game and I hope you're going to do some mobile version of it.

Cool pixel art simple and cartoon.

Nice job !

Thank's tomorrow I will play your game and give you feedback! The theme seems fun!

Going to test this game tomorrow! By the way how did you use this text font in here? Didn't know we can change it.

Probably is that, I use a pool objects to spawn most of the objects within the game. I think there are too much objects going to check my code :D

I don't know... each time I launch the game in here at the beginning the speed kinda freezes... It's weird in the original build that doesn't happen.... either way I'm going to make a build with GAME MAKER STUDIO to learn some more.

I'm reworking the graphics and in the main screen I will put the option retro.

Ok I will check that! So I suppose you are going to use tile engine and add physics capabilities. I read a book about it but that was too much for me that's why I stick to engines already well developed.

Check this out the image at the bottom section 6...

It's updated with frequency.

This seem's great! Never heard of it!Once I finish the sky saviors project I will give it a shot it's exactly what I want to do in game development! Thank's! probably will need your help XD! If you need something too just ask me! I don't have much experience but once I encounter a problem I stick to it until the problem is gone!

(1 edit)

Thank's! I think it's the last time I'm using UNITY since I want to specialize myself in 2D pixel art games. I buy the Humble pack with GAME MAKER STUDIO the 1.4 version and I'm thinking to give it a try. If I like it probably I will upgrade to the 2.0. Everyone says it's one of the best engines for 2D games. I will definitely give a try at Phaser but the right know I want to learn an engine with lot's of resources to learn it and the community around GMS is a big one. I'm also a fan of open source but sometimes the lack of material keeps me with commercial one.

(Big LINUX user here but had to migrate to windows.....)

By the way I've seen it now!Thank you so much for supporting me! This means a lot for me!I will follow you and always give you some feedback and support!

Hi jakes. First of all congratulations for your first game! I know it's not an easy task...

The game play is basic and fun! And for that's one of the most important thing's.

Now I notice some minor issues. I think you should increase the resolution of the screen a little bit.

I notice also that sometimes the "Terrible pilots " keep stuck in the middle of the far left, right, bottom, up, x or y axis. You probably want to limit their appearance only in the screen with their sprite full visible. That way is cleaner.

You can also provide somewhere the instructions of how to play.  I know it seems pretty obvious but there are all kind of players and we must satisfy every one.

I think your game is a good one and can be a good one to spend some time. Try to make a mobile version of it!

Hi there jakes! Mhmmm there is a score system in place you must shoot the people...but it's that that I didn't mention it anywhere.

By a scoring system you mean an high score? Or something else? Later when I will build it for Android I intend to implement the Google Play API that way the player will have challenges and all kind of cool stuff.

If you have a suggestion just tell me!

I will definitely take a look at your game and leave some feedback.

Thank you for your intervention!

Hi there! First of all thank you for providing me your thoughts about what you think. It's very important for me and the only way I can improve the game and myself has a game developer.

For the buildings I thought about that  and I notice it. I must give them some sort of perspective to getting it out from the background  and play with the layers to find some solution.

Sorry about the keyboard thing! I use the space key for the pause menu and dumb enough to forget keys to replace the mouse clicks....

During the week I will work on that!

Thank you!
