This is a creative interpretation of the theme, and one that I did enjoy. That being said, one possible issue I found was that I didn't need to really strategize or think about my building types or placement that much, instead just putting one of each (except for the police station) worked perfectly. I think I would have liked to see more encouragement towards strategically placing buildings, but that's just me. Overall I really liked this game, great submission!

Thanks!

Loved the task of having to drive while building up your upgrades and car, although at times it felt odd switching between the two (controls wise), as I'd have to slow down to read and click, when I really just wanted to beat my high score. I also really liked the bit of narration and story you added! Great submission!

Indeed, there have been quite a few unique twists despite the similar theming!

Thanks! If I remember correctly the last build we uploaded had 15 levels, but I never updated the description lol!

Thanks!

Thank you!

Love the simple, yet compelling gameplay of completing lap quotas with more and more cars/upgrades! Awesome submission! Some feedback I have though is that some upgrades would give some sort of bonus by a very small amount, which I had no sense of scale for. I'd personally recommend having a way to show that sense of scale to the player, as unless they have a good understanding of how that miniscule number effects the gameplay, it'll just feel like a waste. Other than that though, this is a great game!

Such a great narrative being told though the gameplay and visuals! The looping and fractal-like looping of the room was awesome to see! There was one very minor inconsistency: me thinking that I had to continually click "e" for the washing machine when in fact I could walk away and do other tasks (eventually realized that though). Also the zooming in made it hard to see important parts of the gameplay, but maybe that was the point of it. Overall this is an amazing game, and an impressive entry!

Thanks!

Thank you! Hope the bugs didn't effect the experience too much!

Thank you! We hope to re-order a few of the levels after the jam in order to introduce the shopping cart a bit better, as well as improve the readability of the portals. I loved Cosmoroboros by the way!

Thanks!

Interesting game! I had a bit of trouble finding where to go with the exit points for the first room being hidden beyond the limits of the camera, but other than that I liked the gameplay & puzzles!

Interesting game! Unfortunately I wasn't quite able to grasp the puzzle mechanics (like figuring out what the levers did), but it was still an enjoyable experience! There was one issue where the npc would be standing infront of a doorway and block me from entering, but other than that this felt like a very polished game with amazing sound & art design!

Nice game! Sadly the only thing that happened to me during my 4-5 minute journey was the main character wondering if they forgot to lock the door (or something like that). I also really liked the art and the concept behind doing an endless task in relation to the theme!

This is some of the most satisfying, most enjoyable gameplay I've seen so far. The choice of going for different targets while being pressured and restricted by the landmine creatures and the eels that chase you is amazing. Great job!

Thank you! I'll be sure to pass on the kind words to our level designer!

Thanks!

Thanks!

Thank you! That was a planned feature, but unfortunately something we didn't get to in the end. Maybe it'll come in a future update after the game jam...

Thank you!

Thank you, it means a lot! We planned on making a color coordination system for linked blocks like buttons, moving blocks, ect, but we were kinda out of energy and time.

I think it was the second level with spikes, I had accidentally set the gravity to negative so the box I had selected floated up. Then I scaled it up (if I remember correctly it might have been partially inside the spikes). Then I attempted to scale it down, after a few scale reductions everything froze.

Its been a few hours so I don't quite remember everything, but hopefully that helps!

Thanks! It seems like it was worth the effort in the end

Ouroboros! This is one of the best one's I've seen yet! The amount of polish, levels, and mechanics is insane for just four days! Great job!

Another Ouroboros! Quite a lot of well designed levels for such a short period of time, I had a lot of fun! The artwork and effects are amazing, and the music is quite good! Great submission!

Loved the gameplay of collecting spells, fighting enemies, and organizing my spell book! I only wish there were more spells to mix and match! The artwork and audio is also amazing, great job!

Thank you! We unfortunately were unable to fix all of the tile and cart glitches, but I'm happy to hear that it didn't take away from the experience!

I've also just played your amazing level with the maze of shopping carts lol

Thank you!

Incredibly creative interpretation of the theme! The storytelling with the voice lines and situations presented an interesting narrative that was gamified with the protection mini-game very well!

Great game! I loved the creative way you implemented the theme with the minecarts looping around, the gameplay was quite fun, and the music was quite good. The only thing that held the gameplay of this back for me was that it didn't feel like the enemies were increasing in power/number enough to give a good challenge, other than that though this was a great experience!

Cool game, however I was a bit confused as to if I was supposed to be making the outlines of the different places match the sides of the room, or if I was trying to get the people to the doors. There were a few issues where the text was so big that it went off the screen, but overall this is a great submission!

Interesting game! I loved the mechanics, however bugs caused it to freeze up a few times and required me to restart. The sound design was also quite good.

Thanks! Yeah the portal levels tend to increase the difficulty quite quickly.

Thank you!

Interesting game! There were an impressive amount of levels for such a small timeframe, and while things like sound design and mechanics could have been expanded upon, I enjoyed playing!

This is some of the most satisfying gameplay I've seen yet, and the sound design elevates it to incredible heights! Great job!

Cool game! I really loved the art and sounds that really made the area feel alive!

Thank you!
