I completely agree ! Balance was the hardest thing to do because of basically only having a few hours to test the game once it was completed and having the developers bias. If I had to improve it I would change the rate at which the prices and enemy health scales and also add some breathing rooms between enemy waves. I also did have a hard time with the title in the main menu lol, I’m not an artist at all so I tried my best to compensate with some 3D effects 😅
I tested and rated every single working game in the Jam and I was wondering what was everyone's thoughts about what is the best game so far. Mine are probably Diver Obsession for it's artistic approach and 10 Miles for how well the games combines the theme and the limitation together while still making something pretty fun.

But I didn’t implement the feature you were talking about in my game, and I am genuinely curious what made you think I did? It’s pretty interesting though so I might do something with it !
Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback ! The difficulty of the game was definitely the hardest thing to make right for the Jam. Since I made the game it's obviously way easier for me than anybody else but I'll try to do some more balancing.
I tried your game some time ago btw. I really like the concept, it kinda reminds me of escapes rooms , I think it could be amazing if you made some puzzles you would need to solve while trying to escape your brother.
Great game, I really enjoyed it! The concepts is really cool and fun to use. It think you could make the actual balls more powerful than the enemies to make them power ups, so they become more interesting and worth the time to take. Also I love the Mario reference with the Goomballs and the Mario sound effects.
