i got it. You must talk to rosita, a prostitute of the pub in redhaven, then make his mission, go and kill the gang and take the loot. Then you go to the library and voila.
Hi dev, i re- played Dissonance one year after my firts time, and i want to thank you. The game is great, the humor is great, the characters feels coherents. But, i need to remember to you what i did say a year before. Dont bite more than you can chew. The story and the side storys, apparently, are long enough by himself. It would we a shame if this becomes to big and the story becomes to much complicated.

By the way: i counted the times that Toru says Sumu instead of Suzu, 17 times.
This sucks, just 4 seconds of gameplay and this happen xD
