Hi, for me it works fine. I don't know what setup you have, so I’ve attached in the Unity package made for you (House 3) a quickly made character controller that I use for testing. If I were to guess, I think you may have set the character controller’s height too high.

It opens fine on blender 5.2.0, I also had a fresh install to try and it worked too. Can you tell me whats the error or what is wrong?

Yes, the asset pack comes in both fbx and glb formats, which are compatible with Unreal. I don't use UE but I think fbx is the standard.
