Thank you so much!

Cool game! I liked it!

Cool submission I liked it!

The visuals of this game are extremely impressive!

This was pretty fun! I found the sensitivity to be too high, and I think the level design was a little repetitive, but I enjoyed it and beat it!

pretty fun game! I found the attack to be a bit slow though

thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Interesting idea, I liked it!

thank you! :)

thank you! I'll think about doing a mobile port!

Cool concept, I liked it!

this was awesome! Really interesting interpretation of the theme!

yeah! funnily enough I didn't even make that connection until after I had designed the game!

This was amazing! Extremely fun and very well polished.

This is really fun, great job!

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for the feedback! I was hoping to add a couple more mechanics/features but I had to cut them to meet the deadline unfortunately. I do plan on making a full release of this game in the future with those mechanics implemented!

thank you so much

thank you!

Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you liked it!

I liked this game a lot! I was a little confused how it worked at first (I thought the 'E' items were upgrades not separate guns), but I was able to figure it out pretty quickly

This was really fun! I really liked the minimalistic graphics, and I thought the randomization of the powerups worked really well.

this is a nice game! I was able to buy items from the shop multiple times, which im not sure was intended.

This is such a unique submission, I really like it! I found the learning curve to be pretty steep, but it was still really cool!

This was really fun, great job! It reminded me of learn to fly :)

This was pretty cool! First of all, I thought the game was really fun when moving from the bottom of the room to the top. I found the controls to be a little bit too floaty, but it was still really fun. When moving from top to bottom, I found it to be really disorienting and difficult due to the camera angle. If it was designed in a way where you only went from the bottom to the top or if you could change the camera angle or something I think it would solve that problem. Great job though, I thought it was fun!

I loved this game, I thought it was really fun! I wasn't able to get past the part right after you get the ground slam spell, but maybe that's just a skill issue. Great job!!

This was great! I loved the visual style of the game!

I also wasn't able to load the game, but I would love to try it if it gets fixed!

This was really interesting, I liked the concept of the overclock mechanic a lot. I was able to just hold down both the left and right mouse buttons to constantly fire both normal bullets and missiles, and the missile counter just went into the negatives and allowed me to keep shooting. I wasn't able to figure out how to get past the part where your hull takes damage from the increased pressure, but I thought it was cool overall!

This was a pretty cool game! I found the controls to be a little floaty and frustrating, and the dying wait time could be sped up a lot. I thought the atmosphere and the story was pretty cool though!

Palinova (Prototype)

An early prototype/proof-of-concept of a game with metroidvania elements. Explore the planet of Palinova in a cycle of death on a mission to find and eliminate a rogue droid!

All content was made by me, apart from an open source Google font.

The game is appropriate for all ages, and I am in Mountain Standard Time.

This is a really nice and fun game! I really liked the visual effects, specifically the trails of the projectiles looked great. I found the screen distortion when hitting enemies to be a little distracting. I agree that holding down a button to attack would be nice. It would be good to have a more in-depth upgrade system to allow for a higher progression ceiling, but what was there was great. This is a great submission, good job!
