Haha, sorry about that.

The demo is mainly meant to show the core loop of the game, but I did add some new features and fully reworked the multipliers and upgrade values across the upgrade tree, so it should still feel fresh even in the demo from a new run

It doesn't, actually. I made all of the Overstim nodes in one go, and then kept adding more recipes afterward.

For now, I've been prioritizing QoL features, performance improvements, and save exporting before jumping back into new upgrades and late game content (That said, there will be more late game content in the next update).

I'm looking forward to sharing it all. I've got a lot of improvements, visual updates, upgrades, and unlocks in the works that I'm excited for everyone to see!

I've implemented a way to export and import save files between the browser version and the downloaded version. It won't be available until the next update though, which i will release in a couple of days.

The storage issue and the 99% bug have both already been reported on the Discord server, and I've fixed them. The fixes will be included in the next major patch, which should be out in a couple of days.

As for the visual overstim issue, I'll need to investigate that further. Thank you so much for reporting it!

Now that you mention it, I might also need to rethink the overstim color..

thank you for the feedback! I am working on implementing lots of QoL improvements, including a way to easier finish upgrading nodes. I agree completely that the paths stop mattering at a point, but that is mostly because the game is very unfinished and mostly considered a demo. I will continue bringing updates to make the lategame more fun, more meaningfull and easier to deal with. I appreciate that you took the time to write that much and help me improve the game!

Are you asking about the large number labels? like Qa, Qi, Sx and so on?

I absolutely agree! A fix for this is already suggestion in the discord server. I would love any and all feedback on it!

I actually didnt make a hotkey for the cookingpots. My thought was that cooking had to be a bit more of a struggle until auto. You can start all cookingpots by clicking the bell icon on the cookingpage though

Really glad the strategy side is coming through! Thats one of the main things i wanted marketfield to have, lots of meaningfull small choices that gives variation to each run!

It is a small circular brown button on each of the farms. Rigth next to the generation bar. If you still dont see it, maybe you could send me a screenshot on discord?

Thanks for feedback! Farms can already be sold with the small trash button in the bottom left. It may be a bit too hidden, so Ill look at that.

And later prestige upgrades let you start with multiple resources aswell as those resources combine into more valuable recipes

Yeah thats fair. The game was mainly tested around the downloadable version, the browser version was more of a bonus addition when i uploaded to itch. As p_gl says though, the keybinds are rebindable, but i understand why having F1 as a default hotkey can be annoying

thank you for telling me about the error! It is a issue with the browser going out of memory for the saving functionality. The error will not occur in the downloaded version though. If you want your progress recovered, i can help you get it back if you talk to me on discord :) (I will be working towards fixing the error you got by the way)

im sorry to hear that, browser saving is a bit unpredictable at the moment. Saves do persist between updates when the game is downloaded though

This is now fixed and saving/loading works in the browser. It does however still remain unstable for patches and updates. To be sure your save persists between updates, download the game!
