Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it

Hmm i think I may have found a bug, in this area I keep getting this message and can't move:

Perhaps a parallel event somewhere is triggering it?

Very good! I like the attention to detail, how characters have different faces and dialogue has pauses between sentences, it really helps the cadence.

I like how there's a lot of interactibles, makes the world feel alive and immersive. Also loved the bestiary you can find. Combat was surprisingly deep, there's a lot of options for such a small game. And the idea of using temperature as a mechanic is very cool, and has so much potential.

Personally, I would take the number of enemies down a notch, because I feel exploration gets a little overwhelming at times.

Overall very well made!

I like it! Simple but creative, and just the right level of challenge.

I would definitely play more levels, with different variations, obstacles, etc. The basic mechanic is solid, I believe it has a lot of potential if you decide to expand it someday.

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

I wished it had more endings and variations. I had more ideas planed but... time constraints haha

I hope I get the time to polish it more and release an improved version in the future

Oh thanks, enemy events are defnitely a bit wonky haha

Actually, I think the problem is that I'm using priority as "Above characters". For some reason RPG MV doesn't always trigger.

It's like that because if I use "Same as characters" then the folowers can block the enemy path and combat won't trigger, and I didn't like it.

I guess I could use some parallel processing to check event and player position...

Anyway this sure needs some polishing

Nice story, it was short but told creatively.

Liked how you used the theme of fire by having the main character itself being a little flame, cool idea!

Thank you for playing!

I do agree, the combat is basic... With more time, I plan on releasing a more polished version sometime in the future.

You're very kind about the mapping. Honestly that's something I struggle with a lot haha.

Thanks again!

(1 edit)

Thank you for playing and for taking the time to comment!

Very fair point about the encounters, and I actually agree. I know that's no excuse but frankly... I ran out of time for improving them haha.

I plan on releasing a more polished version sometime in the future.

Glad you enjoyed it!

I do believe the downloadable version runs better than the browser version... Less loading times

Thank you for playing!

That was fun!

Challenging, but not obnoxiously so.

I also have a soft spot for putting minigames into my own games :D

True ending was epic! Good job

I use rpg maker MV.

So are plugins allowed, like yanfly plugins?

What about characters created with the generator inside rpg maker?
