The theme and art direction are second to none, ya'll should be proud!

I hate to out myself, but I actually found the gameplay too challenging for me. I really enjoyed the base mechanic of connecting wires, but I found my reflexes weren't fast enough to connect wires in time. I fell off several cliffs and caused multiple pileups on the freeway D:

All that said, I loved the project. Ya'll did great!

I wasn't able to complete this, sadly! I got soft-locked in the middle section because the vault/climb mechanic just stopped working. I'd restarted it twice and kept encountering the same bug at the same point :(

I really enjoyed the presentation though! I know others may disagree, but my favorite thing about this game was the isometric player controller. Something about the way the camera rotates pleased lizard brain. Let me know if that bug ever gets resolved, I would love to be able to give this game a proper run!

I thought this was pretty ambitious! A big world & customization is pretty insane on a 96 hour crunch. I think the mechanics of gathering resources and upgrading your sub should definitely be used in any of your future projects!

Personally, I would have preferred if the player started with the storage module installed. I got kind of frustrated driving (sailing?) around the map for a few minutes being unable to pick up items. I hadn't actually realized the shipyard was there for a little while. But maybe that's just me.

I really enjoyed the presentation. The first minigame was definitely my favorite of the two. The simple art direction gave it some sinister vibes -- probably because of your writing! I enjoyed how disorienting the glitched-out second half was, but to be perfectly honest I felt it was less engaging than the first half. I didn't really have any incentive to follow my original path, so I ended up just walking a different direction. I do think that games 1 and 2 have a lot of aesthetic cohesion, I just would have liked more mechanical overlap between the two.

All in all, fun game. You made a great submission!

I really enjoyed it! The gameplay was simple but fun, it fit the theme very well. I also really love all the polish you put into it: the art was excellent and very cohesive. I also really enjoyed the mini VN sequence at the start, it got a good chuckle.

Great submission! A simple loop that was entertaining. I was a little confused at first because I thought that I was supposed to place the individual cubes, but I caught on within 30 seconds or so. I'm not sure if that could have been fixed by a tutorial slide/sentence, or if that's just my unfamiliarity with the genre. All of that said, the art style, and theming was incredible! Great work

An intelligent and stylish submission! The short story was perfect for this format, which I never would have thought! Your art work is excellent, probably my favorite part, and your writing really nailed the tone. You did such a great job on this piece, easily my favorite submission so far!!

The visual aesthetic is incredible, really fits the cold/dead mood of a fossilized universe. I really, really enjoyed the contrast between the void backdrop and the wispy glow of the inhabitants/souls(?). It's got an experimental feel to it (especially the end) and I really think you came out with something novel and interesting. I hope you're still working on oo_towerOfNoOne -- I'd love to visit this (dead) world again!

I have had this on repeat for ages. It's so good.

Thank you so much for writing this. Your prose/style is very engaging. As others have said, your use of structure is excellent. That little bit of non-linearity makes those memory sequences stand out and really, really hit. You've got a real talent for this and I can't wait to read/experience more of your work!
