There's an NPC on Route 10 Lavender Side who sells TMs for $12,000 for the kit. Aqua Wing is in there. I think the NPC in the TM Guy house in Celadon gives Aqua Fang. I added a few more moves since your comment. ☺️

No TM for Aqua Tail, but looking at Gyarados moveset, I need to add more moves. It's got a decent amount of egg moves for Magikarp, so I will go back and add more to Gyarados. :) I'll also go through the rest of the Pokemon and make sure I'm not missing a bunch of moves. Thank you again for your help! ☺️

I think there's a plugin that I'll look for :) by the way, that move voucher I gave is usable at the Viridian Trainer House and Services Co. Lady that teaches Frenzy Plant, etc also has the ability to teach Volt Tackle, Sacred Fire, Aeroblast and Transform 😊

I should look into nature changing vitamins. :)

Still wasn't able to reproduce the crash. I did, however, have an issue with an NPC showing up and I think that was the root of the issue. Fingers crossed that it works now since I was able to get the NPC to show up and talk to him. I'll get a new update out in a few hours. 😊 I was gonna leave it a surprise, but Bug Catcher Gregouz and their Scizor and Butterfree wrecking shop for the better of this game is getting a slot in the Special Thanks section of the credits. 😊

Do you remember what time the crash happened? This one is very important because I, cannot for the life of me, reproduce the crash on my computer.

I believe I have gotten it fixed. I tested it on my computer and ran into the same crash. Got it fixed and re-battled and it appears to be working now. ☺️ I'll get an update out in the afternoon Feb 1st PST.

By the way, thanks for pointing this out. I didn't experience this crash and no one else has said anything about it, so it is genuinely appreciated. I think I found the issue. I think I might get an update posted later today. ☺️

Found on the floor as a hidden item (Old Amber) of Mt. Moon or purchase from the market stall in Vermillion on certain days. :)
