Quite irregularly. I consider the packs to be "done" once they're released, so I'm not updating them on a regular basis. However, I do keep a list of improvements that eventually make it into the the pack (such as your suggestion with the keys).

What is this pack compatible with?

The theme of this icon pack is cyberpunk, so you can use this for RPGs, survival or turn-based games with a science fiction, cyberpunk or shadowrun-ish theme. If you need more icons in the same style, check out my other icon packs and assets. The 16x16 Icon Packs are all compatible with Pixeltier’s Cyberpunk RPG Icon Pack.

Which icons can I expect?

• 🔫💣🔪 weapons like guns, modified futuristic melee weapons, grenades and different ammo (energy cells, bullets, etc.)
• 🥫💊🍜 consumables, such as supplements, inhalers, injectors, bottles, and n array of strange soda cans. Also pickled mushrooms. 
• 💻⌨️🦾 modifications & hardware, such as prosthetics, cyberdecks, computer chips and electronics
• 👕🪖🥽 clothing & accessoires, such as helmets, neon streetwear, samurai jackets, raider masks, glasses and so on
• 🔋💳🪙 various items such as currency, batteries and blueprints

The icons come in single files and also as a sprite sheet. They are provided in 16x16 pixel size.

Hey! The files include 16x16 png files and a large spritesheet in original size. I don't know if that works for you, but you could perhaps double the size of the spritesheet and use that?
