This game could use a lot more work.

I spent the first few lives disorientated trying to get comfortable with the controls and figure out where I was meant to go. Once I did figure it out, it was the same loop every couple seconds. Despite the wooden beams going up quite high, they seem completely pointless since you never progress upwards.

The movement felt way too fast and slippery. Even once I figured out how to play, it did not feel fun to control.

In regards to the stage itself, I would suggest next time starting the game with the tower completely still, and then slowly building up the rotation speed. You should give the player a few moments to orientate themselves and learn the controls. The speed buildup would also give a better sense of progression and variety. The floor slowly raising up would also be a good idea, so the obstacles change the longer you play, and again, you can feel like you are progressing in some way. This way you could also have the difficulty ramp up by introducing different/more obstacles as you climb.

It's a fun concept, but there's a lot of potential that feels unexplored here. Nonetheless, good job getting a game out within the time limit. That in itself is an accomplishment.

Lastly, just as a word of advice, I wouldn't use chatGPT to write your game description. That just feels tacky. As does asking people to rate your game in comments. This is a place for feedback, not shilling your game. Makes anything you say feel ingenious.

I believe in you, friend!

Thank you! If you press escape, there IS a reset ghosts button actually.

That. Was. Insane. I love it.

I need a good hunk of marble in my life.

I wish there was more contrast between the background and certain elements like the text and cursor, made some things very hard to see. The gameplay was okay, but I wish I could do more than fly around. Making loops around enemies would have been a good way to tie in the concept, but otherwise I feel like the theme was very loosely followed here. Nonetheless, good job getting a working project published within the time limit!

This was fun and creative. I felt like I fell too fast to accurately leave crates where I wanted them, but otherwise setting up my own platforms was fun. Art and sound was good too, I especially like the lighting. Great job!

Fun but I kept getting lost in deep space. Might be a skill issue on my part

Really cute and fun! My only gripe was how often obstacles spawned in such a way that it was impossible to avoid, or at least it felt like that. Otherwise, vewy nice game to sit and chill with.

Very cute and clever! Great job from a fellow cube loop game submitter

Thank you very much for the kind words! This was made in Gamemaker :D

I love trash, this is a good game.

A god-gamer/boneworm. GG

bones for the bone worm

Rest in peace queen <3 and thank you very much!

We love seeing comments like this, we're glad you like the game!

I love you

Doesn't anymore! Now you  can get to wave 80 before the bugs decide to kill you.

That was an unfortunate bug (haha, bug). It should go all the way through wave 80 without issue now!

This game stressed me the hell out and it was great.

I wish there was a highscore indicator of some sort since the game instantly resets on death, but it was otherwise pretty fun! albeit very hard. I think increasing the block speed over time would help the difficulty scale better, and the cube controls feel a little funky and slow.

There have been jokes about a golden frog among the team, now I really want to add that. Money frog. Thank you for playing!

I did not notice that, but I am also dumb. Good to know though, next time I'm gonna win even harder

This game is really good. It wasn't too hard to figure out what did what even with the limited visibility (both because of the resolution and the darkness) and by the last few days I was tensed up praying I would survive by the skin of my teeth.

The only critique I would have is by the end of it, I had almost 1,000 of every resource except light, which I was desperately doing everything in my power to start generating more of. If I played it again with this in mind though, the outcome might be a lot different.

Minor critique aside, really good game. I liked this one a lot. Glad I was allowed to play with the world after day 200 too.

This game is amazing. I laughed in the middle of my workplace when I saw just how slow the slug is. Great job

Thank you! I think in certain situations, the helper frog does get his buff off, but the trigger for it is super borked in this version so it's really unreliable. Please look forward to Helper Frog meta in the post-game jam release

I don't know if i'm bad or if the timing is simply too tight, but I cannot get Turtwig over more than 4 rocks. It was still a fun time though, good job!

Our time management was very good.

Frog gamer to frog gamer, this is a frog game alright.
I can see myself getting distracted by this game for hours on accident, I love the simplicity of it both in gameplay and design. Great job!

This game has so much cute charm, I love these frogs and I can't believe I let them overheat. From one frog-game submitter to another, great game!

Snake get apple, music go dododo, me like a lot.

One of the coolest games i've played this jam, love that weird doggo.
