Pigeon Pals is a free pixel-art pigeon-keeping game that runs in your browser, on a phone or a desktop. There's nothing to download and you don't need an account.

You start on a rooftop loft with two birds, Fawkes and Rocky. You feed them, keep the loft clean and walk to the market once a day. Then you send them across the city with the mail, breed families whose dice talents are inherited, and race them into the wind.

The Pigeon Pals mail map: a pixel-art city with a river. Harbor Docks is selected, and the panel shows Fawkes' chances of being lost, injured or dying before you send him.

It looks cozy, but it isn't always. Birds can get sick, get lost or die, and every trip shows you the odds before you commit. There is also an optional casino-style minigame played with in-game coins (no real money), so I label the beta 18+.

It's in open beta, and I'm looking for my first outside players. If you have 10–15 minutes, choose New Game → Traditional, play through Day 1, and reply here with one thing you enjoyed and one thing that confused you. That's plenty.

The game saves at bedtime each in-game night, so get through Day 1 before you close the tab.

I've been building Pigeon Pals, a free pixel-art browser game about raising a loft of pigeons, and I'd love honest first-session feedback, especially from people who've never seen it before.

Pigeon Pals on itch.io: you care for individual birds, breed their inherited talents, send them on mail runs across the city and race them. The itch launcher opens the beta site in a new tab so your saves stay in one place. No account, download or payment.

What did you try first, and what made you pause or want to stop? If you have ten minutes, choose New Game → Traditional and tell me whether the first day made your next move clear. I'd also like to know what you enjoyed and whether you'd come back. A sentence or two is plenty.

It's a beta for players 18+. It looks cozy, but birds can get sick, die or get lost. I've tested it on Android, iPad and desktop; if your browser misbehaves, tell me which one. The game saves after each night, not in the middle of a day.

On Android? The Google Play closed test is open: join the Android test. There's no iPhone app; the browser version works fine on iPhone.

For bugs, your device/browser plus what happened helps a lot. There's also a short feedback form (no email needed). Please don't post personal info or save files. "Not for me" is useful feedback too.
