Hi,

I made changes to my game page on 2025.09.21 (2 months and 3 days ago), after which my game was sent for re-indexing and started showing the message "WARNING: This Page Has Been Quarantined" when trying to download it.

On 2025.10.10 (1 month and 14 days ago), I sent an email to support at support@itch.io asking for help and received the ticket number "Your request (315415)"

My page has been out of the index for more than 2 months now, and I'm sure the moderators have simply lost track of it

Please help me resolve this! Please! I don't know what else I can do!

Maybe I should delete the game and create a new page? (Players can't download it anyway, it gets flagged as unsafe when they try) 

Guess my game got buried somewhere in the admin basement 😂

I promised myself I'd never mess with the page again after what happened every time I changed something, but the spam in the comments made me do it.

Should've just kept deleting it three times a day, honestly  🤷

Maybe I need to change something in my gameplay?
But will I get any email notification in response to my ticket 315415, or is everything fine and the moderators are just really busy, so I just need to keep waiting?

It's been 11 days since I submitted my request, and I still haven't received any response.
I've had issues with losing indexation after making changes to a page several times before, and it was usually resolved pretty quickly.
I hope the admins will find some time to look into it this time as well.

About 20 days ago, I disabled comments on my game's page because of spam. 

After that, my game disappeared from the index!

Please help me!

(Today I re-enabled the comments, but it didn't help)

After I added new screenshots to my game, it disappeared from search indexing. It’s been over two months since the update, and it still doesn’t appear in search results.

That's why I was a bit surprised to read your review. I've been criticized for many things, but the story has rarely been one of them:)

From your review, I got the impression that the game has no redeeming qualities and requires a complete overhaul rather than improvements:) Your comments, like "lacks depth and purpose", "poorly written dialogue" and "cast feel flat and unconvincing" feel very broad and don't give me a clear idea of specific points to address. I must admit, I didn't enjoy Baldur's Gate 3 at all, and I could easily write a review similar to yours about it, it just wasn't for m:)

That said, I really appreciate your feedback and the time you spent on my work! I hope you’ll find the time and interest to revisit the game at some point in the future. I'm confident I'll be able to make it even better!!!

Yes! There’s some variability in how the game plays out, but not as much as I’d like for now. I’m hoping to add way more impactful choices as I continue working on it!
