Welcome to Find The Killer game, an isometric game where you have to find killers by clicking on them. It won't be easy as you will be hidden among a crowd of people throughout vibrant and colorful settings, constantly moving from one place to another. Inspired by the concept of 'Where's Wally', our game aims to provide a relaxing experience accompanied by upbeat music composed by Panina MA.

The game includes two modes: normal mode, where you can unlock levels as you capture assassins with the coins you obtain, and Arena mode, where the difficulty will be higher and you will need to capture a large number of assassins to unlock each level. Good luck with that!

This is the official version of the game completely finished, with a level system where to unlock new ones you have to get killer catches. An Arena mode is included with alternative levels and higher difficulty: greater number of assassins, faster special ninja assassins, etc.

Finally I highlight substantial changes compared to the demo, but I keep the demo open that contains aspects discarded in the final version:

- More cartoony visual style with other shaders.

- Day/night cycles in real time

I have done intense optimization work in recent months, other changes that have been made:

- The starting map is now a texture image whereas before all stages were loaded in the interface.

- The shaders have changed because they consumed a lot of resources in order to work on Android.

- The music has been reduced in quality somewhat to make the game lighter.

- The models have been optimized to reduce their number of polygons (a fixed intermediate LOD level is used in the isometric camera).

- The number of banches has been reduced by joining the stage objects into one and combining their materials into a single texture.

- Now the entire scenario fits in the image in order to make the gameplay more accessible, especially on Android.

The game is also officially available on the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.PedroldiStudios.Whereisthekill...

In the images you can see the change of shadows. The flat color design contains no fill lines, shadows, or even highlights. Everything possible has been simplified and the finish is visually simpler and more colorful.

Find The Killer Demo Version - The original shader had fill lines, shadows and highlights, but was very resource demanding.

Thank you!!

I'm thrilled to share my latest project as an indie game developer. After months of hard work, I've finally released the demo for my game "Find the killer". It has been an incredibly enriching experience where I've gained valuable skills and knowledge.

"Find the killer" is a simple yet addictive game where you have to click to find the killers. It's perfect for enjoying this summer, with its refreshing low poly aesthetic and vibrant flat colors.

Best of all, it's available for free! You can play it directly in your browser (desktop recommended) or download it for Windows, Linux, and Mac. There are no excuses not to give it a try!

Plus, I'll soon be releasing the amazing soundtrack of "Find the killer", created by the talented Marianna Panina, on multiple platforms. The music adds a new dimension to the game, and I'm sure you'll love it.

I'm immensely grateful for all the support and love I've received during this development process. Your support means a lot to me! I invite you to play "Find the killer" and share your feedback. Your opinion is highly valuable as I continue to improve and grow as a developer.

Here's the link to play "Find the killer": https://pedroldi.itch.io/find-the-killer !

I hope you enjoy the game as much as I enjoyed creating it! Thank you all for your ongoing support, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on my latest project!
