great concept. Card based exploration was really cool, as well as the interactions with the spooky denizens of this land. Good mix of adventure and puzzle mechanics.
enemies based on the circle you are currently in is really slick. great animations. I ended up not hitting the edge and farming for a while, got to 6th circle on my first venture outwards.
Awesome game, really wanted to keep playing this no matter how many times i've lost. Last boss was unfair as the description says, but eventually the boss busted on me and i won.
Respect the decision to go with a visual novel. Good length for a jam, i like the twist with the characters at the end. I would love a few more puzzles and some more exposition on the story, the concept of the tenebris is rad!
