One of the most beautiful games I played this jam! The art style is fire!! The gameplay is fun but I think a faster jump will be better since you have such little reaction time...but this might be personal preference😅. Congratulations on finishing your game!!
I love the way your world merges together! Your level came up very nicely. I would love to see a little bit more speed to the player (I think that will support the "rush" vibe that the game promotes). Great game overall! Enjoyed playing it.
Really nice premise and story! The only gameplay change I would suggest is working a bit on the enemy paths ( the dog killed me instantly 4 times after I took the stairs...couldn't do anything about it! Great submission overall! Congratulations on finishing your game!
Yea, a lot of people complained about that...I think I didn't notice because by making the game I got used to the colors before actually playing. But I will definitely come with improved models! Thank you for your feedback! I am glad you enjoyed it :)!
You will see a way more polished version of this game because I am planning on remaking it, so I can publish it on mobile( that is the plan at least :)) ). I need to figure out a theme right now so I can start modeling more interesting and distinct shapes! I will change the camera position and rotation in order to solve the fairness problem:) . I don't know if you have a lot of experience with making games in a short period of time or haven't slept at all during this jam😂, because you have a lot going on! From the gameplay and art to the scene transitions, everything was very smooth (there was only a small bug with the leaf collision which was shifted a little bit to the right side). On top of that, the game was really fun in its simplicity. It misses only a chill soundtrack to make it a banger. Amazing submission! Keep up the good work!
I love the looks of this game! The controls feel great. I would love the game to tell me when I finished a level. I know the tutorial says that new levels are unlocked when I reach the goal merges, but it gets tiring to change levels manually every time. I think adding sound effects and background music will make the player experience noticeably better. For a 3 days jam, you nailed it! Keep up the good work!
Very nice pixel art! Banger soundtrack! Very fun and challenging game overall ( I managed to hit a 1542 high score). When the game gets really fast I would love to be able to jump/add impulse to my spaceship anytime (without the input enabling delay after every move)...but that is personal preference😄. Great game! Loved the fact that I had to use the game audio to find the butterflies! Great idea! I recommend adding a basic hud so the player can see how many butterflies he/she has collected and the remaining time. Very interesting sumbisiion! Great job!
Thank you for trying my game! I totally get your point and I will retheme the game because I am planning to release it as a mobile game (as practice). I planned to do nicer models and overall art style from the beginning but the time was too short for me ( giving the fact that the jam was happening during orthodox easter). Awesome game! The ambiance really gives you that feeling of "There is something wrong with this world"! The puzzles are interesting and unique! It took me a good 5 minutes to figure out how the controls work, so I suggest a little tutorial/quick helper text at the beginning...but that is just my opinion. For others, the controls may be very intuitive😅. Great submission! Enjoyed every piece of it! 👏
