>Futa.
Into the trash it goes! :D
A shame, but I'm aware. I've kept up with your news. I was hoping for melee weapon types and some new classes like cleric (deer) and berzerker (ram) that you'd get alongside buying new dolls before you left. It would be a great incentive to actually buy all the dolls around because each one would unlock a new class (and subsequently you could remove class swapping or delegate it to something only max-level dolls can do, which would be easier to achieve too because you're gonna have to level like potentially 60 different characters depending on how many classes you'd end up adding, only reason the current slog one is ok is because you don't need to level up more than 4 dolls to max).
Oh no, you misunderstand. I love to challenge myself. I do it all the time. The problem arises when the game assumes I'll want to challenge myself in the way the developer artificially decides. I set up my own challenge runs in nude byte all the time. It's the only thing keeping it spicy since there's been no new weapon types or different modes (OR NEW CLASSES!) in forever, and the only things left for me to actually do are get all the cosmetics and then be perpetually seething over the incomplete gallery.
I hate because I know better but don't have the ability to fix it myself, generating extreme frustration. The process of improvement requires tempering, which always starts with fire and flames. It's just that people don't like to remember that talking to people is an option—usually the best one—and instead just knee-jerk shoot them in the head metaphorically speaking before even considering that they might have something worthwhile to say... Anyways. Yeah, skill issue all around. Wish I could do half the shit you do. I won't ever be able to reach that point because I am not genetically predisposed, nor did I have the environment growing up to foster the skill. The only thing I do well is think, very, very hard, and write goodly yesyes.
Trust me, I have tried, I in fact do try to learn how to both draw and code all the time, I just literally cannot. 13+ years of trying to learn, still stuck at the stickman stage and flatlining everytime I see an equation that calls for directories.
It is far from impossible to please everyone. You just need to know how to layer it all correctly. In the future, remember to always separate statistics and goals. A goal should be something the player is going to achieve at some point, so make them count. And statistics should be de-gamified in general. Statistics should tell you just that, the statistics. It shouldn't grade you, it shouldn't score you. If people want to be graded on it, they can grade it themselves. They can set their own goal posts and their own limitations on how they'll reach them. As for side-quests and stretch goals, people don't need them. They'll say they want them, but in the end they don't if the main goals are taxing enough (which you have to then also balance with the casuals, the hardest part of the process imo). The system in place that you have for it works perfectly, play the video game, get bits, unlock more shit with said bits. Rinse and repeat. You literally do not need more than that? You just need to refine that process and converge it in the end. Everything that can be unlocked, should be unlockable with bits, and the rest is just statistics told to you in a non-judgmental way, inviting the player to impose their own judgement as they see fit. That way, no matter how you play the game, you will eventually finish it, and you will please everyone. The people who want to 100% will get there overtime, the ball-busters who love to shank themselves can aim for their own insane scores, the casuals will still cross the finish line at a comfortable speed, and the virtual crack cocaine addicts (the idiots who want achievements and challenges and 500 billion collectibles) can go die in a ditch, they genuinely don't deserve access to the internet. :P
I can go into great detail on the things that could be added that I promise people would enjoy if you'd like?
>Gives all things in the gallery stat tracking and several milestone conditions.
>"It's not for collecting, guys! Gosh! >n<"
If you didn't want people to chase them, you wouldn't have made them the way they are. You can have stat tracking without making it a chore list entry, you know that right? You can just have everything be a viewable gallery from the get-go and not all be unlockables? I can get behind it being like an endgame reward or w/e, but you're not making a good case for yourself by trying to deflect your own manufactured problem. I can give you help in terms of direction on how to fix everything (and more!), if you'll just listen.
I do not care if it triggers a jumpscare the moment I put it in; I want it. And I want it to be able to set EVERYTHING to be unlocked. Not just cards or skills; no, every single thing that can be collected, unlocked, and achieved should be able to be changed with it. Both so people who have done it legit can relock it because they are masochistic tardo maximas who want to shank themselves in the spleen for "fun," and also for people like the vast majority of the players playing this game, to skip the grind and get to the fun part, which should always be just playing the video game.
You GOTTA let us find debug commands that let us do cute things like hard cap her lust and arousal to one value. And, if you fuck around too much, lead to many bad ends where you've done something horrible to your bot like make it perpetually want to rape you or disabled some safety feature that causes a complete meltdown.
Yo there really needs to be a cheat sheet of what inclinations exist in the game actually in the game somewhere, probably the cheat menu or something. And a global override list that forces inclinations on every NPC in the game so you don't have to spend 70 hours doing it manually with every NPC you come across. Custom eye colors would be nice as well. Either that or contact lenses, whichever one fits the lore better, I guess.
Oh and more straight up molestation/rape events. Maybe a slider to go along with that so freaks like me who want to be in constant danger can be that.
A futanari module that deletes your savefile, locks you out of the game permanently, and jumpscares you anytime you try to open it back up the moment you try to install it on Jun. :)
Oh, and possibly like, corrupt their computer or something. Just to REALLY kick the abomination worshippers in their mentally bankrupt nuts.
