Fair criticism! This is the reason I added the slowdown mechanic, which is 10x slower than normal, but even that can feel too sensitive sometimes. It was a hard problem to solve, because I felt like adding a slider for thrust strength would be too annoying to use, even though it probably would have given greater control.

Thanks for playing anyways :)

Thank you so much! I'm happy you liked my game :)

Cute art and satisfying gameplay! I liked it.

I see you also ran into the issue when the Godot web build freezes the first time a particle system emits. Such a weird bug, I hope they fix it soon, because it makes our games seem poorly optimized.

Cool game! Such an interesting mechanic. I really enjoyed it despite the mouse issues :)

Wow, great game! The artwork is fantastic and overall it is very polished. I was running back and forth during multiple loops trying to give Steve every possible item except the keycard... which I had acquired - but threw it away... I felt so stupid when I realized :)

Anyways, you did a great job on this!

Yes, this is so good! Great atmosphere, art, sound... pretty much a perfect game jam game in my opinion. I just encountered one bug (hehe, pun intended) when I was opening the curtains and they immedately closed again, so the little guy had to do their morning routine in the dark :(

(1 edit)

Cozy game! It looks and sounds really good, and the main mechanic is interesting (and a good take on the theme) but I had a hard time clearing any puzzles. As soon as the requested spell did not directly relate to the person asking (self) I had no idea what to do, which target to choose for the spell. Like, I tried to get a woman to fall in love with the current customer, but got the result that some man started falling in love with every woman he sees. Hilarious, but confusing.

Anyways, solid game overall! You guys did a good job :)

Well done! This game really puts bevels onto planets.

Wow, really impressive game for a game jam! It sounds, looks and works really really well! I did manage to make a decent loop, but the other patterns were beyond my capabilities, unfortunately :)

Genuinely tho, well done!!

Wow, this is so fun! Definitely one of the best games I've played so far in the jam. Such a good take on the theme as well! I played it for a long time, until I unknowingly stumbled upon the win screen :)

Yes, KSP was the main inspiration  for this! Glad you liked it :)

Thank you! I appreciate it.

Fun and unique game with cute art! A bit hard, but mostly that's my fault because I kept trying to get the shiny stars in the loops.

Cool idea, felt quite unique! Music and sound effects would have taken it to the next level, but as it is: a really solid game. I honestly had really fun with it! :D

Cool game, really liked the narrative in the beginning! I couldn't get past "2 cubes" tho, even though I tried for quite a while. The platforming on cubes held by clones was quite hard for me, but I'm sure it's doable! Overall great entry.

Cute art!

This is too addictive!! Took me 12 minutes to reach space. Idk why my train company decided to build an orbital ring, but I sure invested all the money I had in it! Also, the art is amazing.

For some criticism, the sfx were really annoying in my opinion. Thankfully you had good volume control so I could turn down the game while still having a little bit of sound when clickin on buttons and such.

Cute and relaxing. I like the music :D

With some tweaks to the movement and a couple more unique celestial bodies to find it could be a really good exploration/chilling game.

Cool game! It looks really good and this take on the theme works great, it makes for a really fun puzzle game! :D

Great game! Fantastic visuals that are coherent throughout.

Hi! That's really interesting, I have no idea what could have caused that behaviour. After the feedback from the last person I tried to reproduce the bug, but wasn't able to. The "collision" lose condition should only ever be triggered if a car collides with another car or building.

If you have the time to provide more info, or a screenshot/video, I would appreciate it, but I understand if that's too much to ask for. Anyways, thanks so much for playing 😁

Great game! Really enjoyed it and would gladly have played a couple more levels!
Well done! :)

Cool game! Pretty simple idea but with all the added challenges it was still fun all the way to the moon.
Well done! :)

This is a very well-made game! Looks good, sounds good and a lot of polish. The past-present level was reeaally hard though, at least for me.

Solid game! It felt responsive and "juicy" to play and the progression was good. It was cool that you managed to put in a boss as well! Very impressive! :)

This game is great, really good mechanics and very polished. I also like that there often are multiple solutions to each puzzle.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. :)

Indeed, it is a solo project, which is why it's a bit janky and unpolished. Still, I am still quite happy with how much I managed to accomplish in such a short amount of time, and I'm glad you enjoyed it so much!

Thank you! You don't actually have to discard 3 cards every time, you can choose to not discard any at all and just click "Done". I knew I should have made that more clear, sorry!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! :)

Fun game! I was trying to get high enough to unlock new buildings, but unfortunately the game crashed before I got any. Also, there's an infinite money glitch when just clicking on the buy scaffolding-button.

Thank you! I really like that idea, I'll see if I can figure out a way to make it work!

The game was a bit hard to get into, but once I understood the controls, I must say it's really impressive what you have done here. The art looks good, the mechanics are solid, and the pixel vacuuming is really impressive tech for a jam game!

Thank you! Yes, Slay the Spire is awesome :)

Thank you! I opted against adding a healing card as I felt it would just have been too OP, especially since the player can back away from enemies and then heal. Although, I guess I could have made it heal everytime an enemy is defeated or something. If I expand upon the game I would probably have to something like that.
Anyways, thanks for the feedback.

Wow, this is really impressive and I love the vibes it gives off!

Several people have already pointed out the red & green brother error, and other than that, the game is - from my perspective - the perfect game jam entry. I just wish it had a couple more levels haha!

Well done :)

Thank you :)

Hello, thanks for providing feedback! This isn't a bug I've noticed, but I will look into it. I do know that it isn't always obvious that a collision occured, because the sound effect is kinda low volume, and the cars bounce off each other too quickly.
Anyhow, thanks for playing 😃

Wow! That is a very respectable score, not gonna lie. I think I've gotten like 18000 at most.

I'm glad that you are enjoying the game! I am planning to release a small update (fixing bugs and adding some QoL-features) in a couple days.

A well executed simple platformer that fits the theme! I think if you had incorporated some puzzle elements (such as switches and doors that only one "personality" could reach) it would have been even better, but as it stands it's a great platformer!

Thanks for playing! What you mention could very well be a bug with the level generation, or it could just be that the tutorial doesn't explain how the game works well enough. There have been many people misunderstanding the core mechanics, sadly. But I will look into it and see if it's a bug.
