I enjoyed this, the presentation was nice butI really had no idea how the game works. I'd like to understand it, can you explain it please?

4 minutes and 18 seconds, woo!

Really fun game, and a cool idea. I love the roll to reload mechanic and the upgrades. I didn't know if the explosions were a power up or damage at first. I think it goes from pleasantly challenging to really hard very quickly.

Maybe slow down the enemy generation? Often I would roll a one or two and then just have to wade through a load of enemies and lose so much health just to hit the dice again. After a while I just started avoiding enemies and not shooting.

Really liked the coding, works really well. Good job whoever did that. The music is a bit annoying.

Thanks for the comment, it means a lot! The strategy is kind of moment-to-moment in balancing rolling as many dice as you can while also trying to match them for bonus points and waiting for that sweet sweet chain reaction.

I keep trying and I can't quite cross the 140,000 mark >:(

the game is easy to understand and fun to play but it seemed to stop working on day 2

Looking forward to Craig Roland's adventures!

Our favourite so far, visuals and sound are great, good game polish and general good game feel. The intro NPC is fun too. It would be helpful to know what floor you're on while you're playing, though not essential.

Death animation doesn't seem to be working. Great visuals and atmoshpere but something keeps killing us and we don't know what.

Really fun, will definitely be coming back to get to the bottom! Very satisfying attack, great 8-bit music. Absolutely echo the below comment in that mashing attack is way more effective than trying to be strategic.

Really fun, love the sense of impending dread, chunky gamefeel and progression.

Thank you, keep trying! There's a bit of strategy to it as well as luck :)

Thank you

Thanks Jason :')

Thank you, the game jam was a lot more fun than I expected!

The learning curve is a little steep, it's hard to slow down the introduction of new dice because if you're stuck at the start with only two dice for a while it's a bit boring though it's a bit chaotic too. Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you

Thanks so much, I spent all yesterday drawing dice.

Thank you :)

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback!  Yeah, a few people have said it's a bit confusing, which is hard to judge from a design end when you're so used to the mechanics. The columns, rows and diagonals are random each time, adding score numbers is a good idea, a dice spawn is also a good shout :)

Thank you, me too!
