Thank you kindly for your words!

Yes the holes were rushed, I solo - joined the jam a bit late and the reactive meat shader + endgame cinematics took a good bunch of development time.

I hope you had a tense and fun run and that you enjoyed the game as much I enjoyed developing it.

Your words are amazing for a solo dev like me. I am making jams to improve my game design skills, the fact that you loved the idea is a great thing for me.

About the restart: it's a bug. I will solve it soon, probably the keyboard input was disabled from the cutscenes.

Thank you for your words and for playing the game!

me too brother! It was an awesome work, solo-dev to solo-dev. If you'll want to keep in contact eith me, add me on discord, you can find me in the pizza doggy channel.

Seen it and loved it. The scene composition after leaving the rails really gives you a " wow " moment.

For now is the game I liked the most in this Jam.

Are you a solo dev or it was teamwork?

thank you! It was fun to script the meat shader.

I usually insert the bare minimum informations in how to play in horror games and i insert hidden mechanics that the player should figure on his own; I think that the tension and immersion are just greater if I do so, however I may have to balance this a bit and will come with experience.

Thank you again for your precious feedback, it's important for professional growth!

Sadly didn't make it to the end, but please do, even in private, i will gladly see!

Thanks!, Sorry to hear that you was stuck! Press " E " in front of the blob behind your starting point. The ganglion is composed by two parts, one that is the wall and not interactable, the other is smaller and with many tentacles- like roots. If you press E facing it, the web will dissolve and you will move forward! :D

The are two possible endings in the game so make the right choice.

The audio design is amazing, I really loved it.

The game design is smart: with just a few elements you managed to create a very playable experience. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much were the minigames based on randomness instead of memory. For example, I feel like the gun minigame should have been the final one, because it creates a pretty heavy barrier and can discourage players after many failed attempts. Same for the dice game ; after about 20 tries without winning once, I stopped playing.

That said, there’s something about pixel art that makes horror especially intriguing, and you used it extremely well.

To me, you’re one of the potential winners of this Jam. Thank you for your work, and for teaching us something in the process!

I can't find the Exe.

Pretty fun but there are several bugs like the critter knocking to an open window. I've actually enhoyed the multiple endings and the critter is cute. I was not too scared, i humped a bit when i went to sleep and the critter killed me breaking into the house.

Thank you for your work.

It actually made me laugh when i got killed by the raven.

I didn't really grasped the point of the game but the idea and setting was original.

thank you for your work.

Nice mood.
The take of a " good " parasyte that change your life in better is something original and really liked it.
Meaby more interactivity for a game would have been nice for me, but that are personal tastes.

Hi, You mentioned that this is a free asset so can i use it inside my commercial project?

Thank you for your detailed review, i joined the jame late so i had little time to do all, many errors and improvements were well known to me.
For the next game i will surely improve in the areas you advised in order to be a better developer and grant a nicer experience to the players.
I hope you had fun with my little game. :D

So fun! I liked the spray bottle and coloring part. A very simple gameplay that has a lot of replayability, well done!

Hi there thank you for the time spent playing my game! It was my first jam so i didn't know what too much was. For the next time i know that english is good enough. Thank you for the suggestion :D

Yes, the satisfaction of absorbing another big slime was one of the core points i wanted to replicate. Hope you had fun :D
