The way the green areas speed up with many loops is really what makes this funnier than regular clone games in my opinion, really really fun and doesn't feel repetitive to run through the same scene again and again. Great job!

Thank you! :)

Thanks for playing!

In regards to your feedback,

1 - yeah, totally agreed, i couldn't work the whole 4 days so some things came out a bit short

2 - some of them do, the polyphonic ones shoot more than one bullet and on all notes the damage is different. Explosions and speed would be a great deal of fun (especially considering the lots of enemies you mentioned), haven't thought about that. Noted!

3 - Yeah, sorry xD

4 - If you mean it in relation to the guitar tracks, the browser export has some timing fluctuations that I still need to investigate (that makes the riffs a little sloppy too depending on the run). If you meant stiff as in "it doesn't change much", yeah. I did have plans to insert drum fills periodically but unfortunately couldn't make it on time

Really valid and constructive feedback, I appreciate it a lot! :) Thanks again

I love how it get's creepy-ish the further you go, also feels like there are many solutions to most levels, which to me is what makes a great and creative puzzle

Just one more chase I promise you just one more and we good
Great game :)

Great great great music, such a cool bassline

The prettiest itch io game page ever!!

Thanks! Nice game you made :)

Finished the game! very nice one

Once you figure out the wrap-around the game takes on a new level. The one that kept me playing for longer in this jam till now, can really be a headscratcher sometimes. Great job!

Glad you liked it :D thanks!!

The note affecting the next ones is such a cool concept, I had something similar i mind but scrapped it due to how difficult maybe it would be to communicate to the player in such little time. But it really is a great idea, thanks for playing :)

Great art, idea, sound design, execution, pacing, everything... holy

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Appreciate it :)

Oh my god this really squeezes my brain xD especially in the reversed part, I can't figure out the name of some stuff without hints, could be nice to add synonyms as an ease-in to the actual word! Nice game

Thank you!

Sorry for those! Thanks for playing, really really nice game you managed to put out :) congrats!

Yeah, i relate.

Balancing these jam games properly is always a challenge. I planned to implement some difficulty modes but the deadline was way too cruel, turns out syncing the systems and animations w/ looping audio playback was way trickier than i initially thought  xD. Thanks for playing!

Thank you! Congrats on your nice game :)

Pretty challenging at first but i got the hang of it after some shameful deaths (the black square just calls me), the switching part is a nice touch to freshen it up

Very pretty looking game!

Thanks for checking out :) congrats on that gorgeous game

Absolutely stylish and beat counting rythm-puzzles are something i have never seen before. Great game!

I absolutely suck at platforming (especially under pressure) but this was cool! Almost got to the dash

Really smooth and polished!

Type of simple, elegant, stylish and well-made game that makes you look forward for another jam

This is like the most fun i've ever had in such a minimalistic setup. Love the sfx too!

I tried to give lots of time to the player and make the UI really simple in order to make the systems more digestible but maybe it could be a little better explained apparently 😅

Thanks for the review! Appreciated :D

Dude crab battling sounds like the dopest thing ever done in a game. If only i had more time to work on it i could have balanced it better :( considering the feedback it’s definitely not your fault! Thanks for the review

That’s what they all say

I was afraid some people wouldn’t really get the strategies and have time to manage their consequences if the game was too short, but it seems that backfired 😭 thanks for playing and reviewing!

It's sorta, i figured skipping the enemy turn made the game more responsive and gave the player more agency while also giving more weight to decisions :D

Will! Thanks!

That is indeed a very pretty soundtrack, very fitting! Loving the tensions.

That restarting is the death screen, the boxer just has really high dmg :D. When you use a meelee weapon, you take the enemie's damage too. Sorry if that wasn't that clear. Thank you for your comment!

Love the jazz.

Love the artstyle, ending 8 for me.
