I can't open tic carts in the android app because my device doesn't recognize the files

Do we need to root the android to add carts?

The issue seems to be that Itch takes super long to ask if I want to launch retroarch.exe or retroarch_angle.exe

I reinstalled it in itch and now it works fine

It works fine when I open the folder in Explorer and launch the executable there, but when I use the itch app, nothing happens. Itch still says it's running, and i can force close it.

I click the download window and it doesn't show up. It's listed as open in the taskbar but I can't see it.
