I've been working on a game for the past few months, and as I've gone through its development, I think I'd like to up the scope a little bit, getting some help with the visuals.

I'm looking for people who can do prop/environment design, character modelling, character rigging/animation.
Ideally this could be a long-term collaboration where I could have you on the project for a longer period of time.

As of now, this is a passion project, but I will pay you for your work, and you will be credited.
(I'm looking for people in lower price ranges, all is paid from my pockets- and they're not particularly deep >_<)

If you are interested, please let me know either through here, or contact me @nomaromens on discord, or unrelatedbumbles@gmail.com
I can share more details about the project if you are interested.

Trying to have a style that's somewhat similar to Spooky's Jumspcare Mansion, Voices of the Void,  Psychonauts. A slightly cartoonish style that can descend into more gritty theming.

Screenshots below of gameplay I've captured.

Isn't mentioned anywhere in game but there is a run if you hold left shift while walking... whoops.. >_<

I hope they're not too difficult! I tried to make them a mix of logic and "thinking outside of the box"

This game is called The Nine Puzzle, and it's a short little top down down adventure where you solve nine different puzzles!

This was definitely a challenge that I was excited to be able to create out of my brain- so many different parts are required to make a video game- it's definitely a crazy task.

I hope you check it out! (If you do, let me know your final time!)

I loved this game.

It's a wonderfully bizarre game that still feels somewhat grounded.

I felt like I never knew what a door would have behind it- but it all comes together in a great way.

I've gotten 5 out of 6 endings so far (coward, AI, Cycle, Revenge, and Reawakening)- and some of these endings do require a lot of back and forth and experimenting with different things.

You'll want to explore every avenue this game offers- and I know I'll be dissecting this game to figure it all out..!

Amazing experience!!!

How close is it?

Loved the demo!

I think the biggest problems for me were how vast the overworld felt and the janky overworld movement; maybe you could lock it to a grid instead of allowing diagonal movement?

I loved the songs and the characters, that part felt very fleshed out- maybe a bit more of a heads up if it'll be two lines of song or just one.

I can't wait to see the full product!
