Thanks very much for playing the game even after the rating has ended, this means a lot! :)
Glad you liked the ambiance of the game. And yes, I was aware of the 3rd door puzzle, that's why I added the literal explanation on how to pass it. Unfortunately, that was the "quick fix" for the problem, I didn't have much time left to actually make something different about it - but yeah, I'll definitely try to test it more and focus on the level design. Thank you for pointing that out.

Just played and rated your game. I almost didn't make it, but Im glad I did. Very interesting game.

P.S. yaaay, you've also reached 20+. :)

Great game concept! Inverted sphere really does feel dreamy so kudos for coming up with that. Nice touch with the slow-motion when jumping over the fence. Nicely done!

Thank you very much for playing. Glad you liked it! :)

Yeah friend. Just played and rated your game. :)

Interesting twist on the jam theme. Really liked the graphics of the game. Nicely done!

Hi, did the same for you. :) Good luck with the jam!

Love the transitions between the levels and the overall art style of the game. Scene "flip" is also very well implemented.
The main menu (the buttons rather) was sticking out too much, it could use some beautification. Other than that, really fun game. :)

Thanks, glad you liked it. :)
And noted for the mentioned puzzle! Thanks, for the feedback.

P.S. Just finished playing your game, about to leave a rate and a comment!

That is true - the skeletons would be a nice touch. Thanks for the advice!

Yup, I thought that might confuse people. I considered various ways of when to trigger the transition, but this seemed the most reasonable. I thought about moving the camera closer to the player so it'd be barely impossible to walk through the arch without the transition, but I think this has it's own perks and disadvantages. E.g. you can move the player through the arch and move camera around him and see him in both worlds, depending on the camera orientation (which I think looks cool). That's why I spawn arrows on top of the arch (if you don't move through any arch in a while) to help the player from which side to enter the arch.

Anyways, thank you for playing and for this review. :)

Polished, cute, and fun to play platformer with fitting music and lovely graphics. What else to say about this game - except a job well done!

Just did! Cool game I must admit :)

Lovely graphics and the music fit perfectly to the game! Although, the camera could be implemented a little better at moments. Specifically, when platforming I barely see what's beneath me so I have to guess where I'll land. Anyways, nicely done! :)

Already rated :)

Thank you for taking your time to play the game and to write this lovely review.

Haven't heard of the Antichamber, but I will definitely be checking it out. Most of the gameplay mechanics for this game were actually inspired by the Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.

And yeah - I get what you mean by not feeling rewarded. I will definitely try to work on that in the next iteration! Thank you for pointing that out. :)

Thanks! Glad you had fun. :)

Thank you for the rate! :)
And yup - I had a blast, hope you did too. Good luck!

VFX is stunning. That laser beam - wow! Also, the graphics are really well made. And the whole game concept is great. The only thing that is weird is the fact that the "disguise" lowers the battery even if it isn't executed and it also puts the battery numbers under 0% (to -5, -10, and so on). Anyways, nicely done!

Currently downloading your game and will be rating it shortly. You can rate mine in the meantime. :)

Thank you very much for your kind words, I'm really glad you played and enjoyed the game.

As for the camera - point taken! I definitely planned on improving overall character movement but ended up focusing mainly on the illusion part of the game. Surely, I'll work on it in the future, thanks for the tip. :)

The main menu is very clicky and gamey - I absolutely loved it! Gameplay-wise it felt unfair to be unable to move the lights falling from the ceiling before they would start to jiggle. But that was completely forgotten soon enough when the game started to become harder.

Anyways, the concept is really fun and the graphics look neat. Well done!

Just about to rate your game. Check out mine as well!

Nice graphics and neat platforming. I think the yellow pad was too jumpy and the roof wasn't tall enough - at least that made me replay a lot. Anyways - nice game!
P.S. milk gang?! Haha, just felt like the level design was a bit inspired by the Karlson style. :)

Really like the way how you incorporated the main gameplay mechanic in the final scene and how I actually used it to end the game. Anyways, really nice concept!

Really creative idea for this jams theme and such a nice refresher - gameplay-wise. Nicely done!

Visually very appealing game. Although I think the platforming could be improved upon. Otherwise, nice job!

I'll be rating yours shortly. Take a look at mine in the meantime. :)

Thanks! And thank you for playing.  :)

The main concept is awesome - and the game design is really well made. The puzzles were fun. Great job!

I'm in need of just a few more ratings to reach the 20. If you rate mine, I'll rate yours as well. Leave a comment in this post and I'll rate your game ASAP. (web and windows only) :)
My game is here: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-7/rate/1420263

Great story idea! The mechanics were simple and clean. Nice job!

Awesome game design! Although it's "just another platformer" (as my PC said :) ) it's a polished one, so kudos to that!

Could you check out mine as well? Thanks :)

Hi, please check out my game, I will be checking out yours as well.

Really creative idea! The environmental changes were a bit roughly transitioned so it made me feel lost at the moment - but that was the point of the game jam so nice job! :)

Here ya go, friend. I'm also behind the 20 ratings. I'll check your game out - hopefully, you will mine as well. Good luck!

Thank you for the encouragement! I'll check out your game as well! :)

Glad you liked the idea. Ahh, sorry about it - didn't even think of that since I don't have dual monitors, but I'll try to fix that in the next game iteration! :)

Thanks! Glad you liked it. :)

Hi, would you mind checking out my game? :) Thanks
