I got 270 on Obstfangen

Hi, the licence is CC BY (Attribution).

Hi, it should indeed be a simple left click for planting seeds and placing buildings! If that doesn't work, you probably encountered a bug, sorry :( Most likely there's some hidden UI blocking your mouse clicks. Did your mouse clicks work before? Thanks for the report.

The visual style is amazing! Especially once the ritual is finished!

Thank you so much! Glad you liked it ^^

Collecting stuff with the light beam is quite satisfying! But I wish there was some kind of progress or incentive to gather more (The game seems to reward just sitting around until the map is filled with collectibles).

Also I love the background! Did you paint it?

This game is great! The levels are cleverly designed, the controls feel good, and it's not too long ^^

I had to download the windows build because the web version had a freeze after the first dialogue.

Btw I love the dynamic lighting!

It definitely did!

I agree that a "technical" number or progress bar wouldn't fit the cozy date theme, but maybe something like heart bubbles that appear when you succeed, and there's more of them the further you get in the date ^^

To be fair, I like the music a lot! It's just the volume that's a bit loud, but considering the time constraints you still did a great job!

Very unfinished but the art looks great! Good luck on the finished version!

I really enjoyed this game! I loved the Death quotes (although it feels like Death was a bit of an afterthought just to satisfy the prerequisite), and the upgrades were fun ^^

Great Celeste remake! As others said it doesn't really fit the theme and especially the prerequisite, but the controls feel as good as the original game and you made quite a lot of great levels in the short time! Good job ^^

Cute game! I'd love to see some indicator of progress or success and an option to lower the music volume. I enjoyed the satisfying button presses!

Pretty cool game! I had an issue with the camera, it kept rotating to the right and I had to fight it by constantly moving my mouse to the left :D

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing and having fun! We had fun too ^^

Games where you get to play as a cat are always the best! It's adorable, I'd just like a bit more variety in the gameplay

Thanks a lot! Mind sharing which things felt the most confusing? I could update the description to explain them better

Thank you for playing! I hope you gave the cat to the right person :D

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I hate the jitter too, CSS animations betrayed me :D

Thank you so much! You're right about the music, now I know what I forgot to put in my to-do list :D

Ohh I get it! Thanks for the explanation, maybe you could add it to the project description ^^

The sounds and graphics feel great, and the gameplay is fun! I would love it if there was more to do or better things you could achieve with more complex code, right now it feels like the peak is a while loop with fireball / blackhole spells :D

Love the smooth graphics and the lantern mechanic! But I didn't really get what the different "goal points" do (I figured bed brings me back a level, spike goes to the next level, but then there's another bed and it does something different) - the going back one level is a little frustrating although it serves the story purpose well!

Really fun to get into! I liked the shifting frame of reference, and didn't find the game too difficult, even though it is somewhat luck-dependent

The incremental platformer is a great idea! However it's very repetitive, especially for the first few minutes - I'd love to see this combined with some procedural generation!

Thank you!

I love your use of the prerequisite!

Thanks for letting us know, as a workaround you can try zooming in on the website (Ctrl-scroll up) which should reduce the resolution and run faster :)

Ahhhh I see it now, thank you! :D

Fun often comes from working around restrictions! :)  the extra spawning obstacles aren't much of a danger since we can avoid them easily with the slow time

Thank you! Really glad you like it :)

Pretty nice game! I feel it kinda lacks player agency in that I can't decide where the soldiers spawn or go, but it's fun to watch them run around and fight each other!

Thank you! Any luck now? There should now be a death screen when the storm catches up to you

This room (I hope you can see the image). I know I need to end up on that one floating tile to the right, but I'm just going in circles around the left side of the room

Thank you! The dust storm isn't doing much rn, but we're working on it :)

I can't say no to a game with cats!! The movement in this game feels good and the level design is clever! I could even envision this as a rhythm game. I eventually got stuck in one of the rooms but that might just be me :D

I can assure you we made everything from scratch during the jam (except one smoke particle texture I keep reusing across my projects for years :D). Thanks for checking it out despite your initial feeling!

Cool take on a text-based game! Unfortunately sometimes the dialogue after picking a card doesn't make sense or just changes topics randomly, I'm assuming this is a bug cause otherwise the writing is good! I also like the sound effect for Dead's talking

Someone in this city must really hate ambulances :D Cool first game, consider putting some kind of "stamina" or some other limitation on the time slowing ability :) Also nice guitar melody!

I absolutely love this stylisation, the piano sound effects are an especially fitting and fun touch! Only thing I'd change is the barrels. Their damage radius is so large compared to the actual visible explosion, so it took me a while to realise why I kept dying :D
