I like the premise, a missing priest and a surely infested barrow mound. I think that this would serve well as intro dungeon for shadowdark, especially if the players are more combat focused.
Good placement on room 10 such that it will be encountered on either pathway.

Excellent job. The module feels quite fleshed out despite only being 3 pages. Having blank hexes along with a well stocked encounter table makes the module feel big but not cluttered, I can imagine some nice beats between scenarios.
Additionally, I think the Wind Effects table is cool. At first I thought the party might not interact with it more than once after learning they can't leave, but the mix of good/bad effects might bring them back (I could also see a party low on rations taking advantage of the perimeter winds as a quick way to travel, should they want to go counterclock wise)
