come and get the game Next Dream

I published NEXT DREAM 's new version on itch:https://mucylulu.itch.io/next-dream
If you have a Steam account, you can also download the demo directly from this link:https://store.steampowered.com/app/4424030/_/
I sincerely hope you can try our game and share your feedback and suggestions with us.
We would especially appreciate your thoughts on the following two aspects:
Is the gameplay fun and engaging?
Are the controls smooth and responsive, without lag or stuttering?
Of course, we also welcome any other feedback you may have.
Below is summary introduction to the game.

NextDream is a third-person puzzle adventure game where players ascend a massive tower that reaches into the clouds.
Each floor features unique environmental puzzles and mechanisms that must be activated to progress. Players use the power of the Five Elements to interact with objects, manipulate mechanisms, and overcome various obstacles. Each elemental ability changes how players approach puzzles and explore the environment.
As players climb higher, puzzles become more complex, requiring observation, precise timing, and experimentation to solve.
• Ascend a multi-level tower filled with environmental puzzles
• Use the power of the Five Elements to manipulate mechanisms and objects
• Take on increasingly complex puzzle challenges
• Explore mysterious and atmospheric environments
The shooting feel of the game is quite good, especially the explosions. Keep up the great work.
However, I think the shooting mechanics could be improved:
There is an issue with continuous firing. It would be better if holding down the fire button allowed the ship to shoot continuously, rather than requiring one press per shot. Since players need to control the ship’s movement while firing at the same time, not having a hold-to-fire option can feel very frustrating.
the new playable version oft he game is cooked for you:Itch: https://mucylulu.itch.io/next-dream

Game page:Next Dream
I’ve released a new playable version of Next Dream. This update fixes several bugs reported by players, adds a loading animation, and improves controls for a smoother gameplay experience.

You can download and play the latest version from the game page.
This update focuses on three main areas:
Upgraded visuals, replacing all prototype assets with final art
Added a wide range of sound effects, including BGM and SFX, such as item collisions, disappearance and respawn sounds, ability acquisition, footsteps, and more.
Added menus, including graphics, audio (still has some bugs), and control settings

I sincerely hope you’ll try the latest version of the game and share your valuable feedback. Feel free to leave a comment — I’ll check here regularly and respond as soon as possible. I hope the game I’m developing brings you even more joy.
I’ve read everything you mentioned, including the official guidelines, and I followed them carefully when setting things up, but it didn’t solve the issue.
I also searched through the community forums for similar cases and tried the suggested solutions from those posts, but that still didn’t work.
In addition, I asked ChatGPT for advice and double-checked my settings based on its suggestions, but the problem persists.
That’s why I’m posting here now to ask for help.
Next Dream is a prototype puzzle game demo that I’m developing while learning Unreal Engine 5.
I’ve been learning with UE5 for about six months, building this project as a hands-on way to explore puzzle design and gameplay systems.
The demo is available on itch.io:https://mucylulu.itch.io/next-dream
I’m a big fan of puzzle games.
This project is mainly inspired by Q.U.B.E. 2 and The Talos Principle, with level layout and exploration ideas influenced by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
The core mechanic revolves around manipulating the Five Elements —
Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth — to solve environmental puzzles.
Players climb upward through a vertical tower, unlocking new elemental powers layer by layer.
Each element introduces new interactions, mechanics, and puzzle ideas, gradually expanding the complexity of the gameplay as you progress.
The story is inspired by the ancient Chinese myth “Nuwa Mends the Sky.”
In the myth, the sky has been torn open and must be repaired. To do so, Nuwa needs to infuse the Five-Colored Stone with five elemental energies.
You are chosen to enter a tower that reaches the heavens and retrieve these five powers.
Inside the tower, you’ll solve puzzles, overcome dangers, and face challenges tied to each element.
As you climb higher, new elemental abilities are unlocked, leading to new types of puzzles and exploration.
Your goal is to reach the top of the tower, collect all five elemental energies, and return them to Nuwa.
I’d really appreciate it if you could try the demo and share your thoughts.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the puzzles or mechanics are more than welcome.
Thank you very much for playing!💕💕
