Thank you for the nice words :)

Clipping out of the map is a known bug and through a last minute fix we couldn’t provide the be  we version. But we plan to continuing the work after the Jam.

Thank you for your nice feedback. There are some known issues with the start - we plan to fix them after the Jam. Also a ingame UI is planned to help to guide the player.

A nice game - for me a finished project and tbh it doesnt look like "slow and easy" :) It deserves more attention!

I got in a "locked state" where it didn't react anymore, but I think this is more a problem with the itch page as I clicked out of the window.

Feel free to have a look at our Project :)

An interesting mechanic to change between the two snakes and to build a more giant snake via the food :)

Maybe you add some sound design to it and give the game some juicier feedback to the player. I struggled a bit to figure out that you have to be on the side of the compartment to build it up. For a solo project, it's a great effort, and you shipped a finished game!

Feel free to have also a look at our submission.

The cute little Snail went on a rampage. :) For a beginner's project, it is very well executed, and I didn't encounter any bugs.

I would add a bit of detection range to the enemies, as you can sometimes shoot them before they start recognizing.

Please feel free to have a look at our project as well :)

Unfortunately, it didn't load for me :( I would have loved to try it out. Please upload an exec after the Jam is finished.

I love to see more Godot Games :) This game is a finished product, and I enjoyed playing it. I hope it will get some more (deserved) attention and ratings. Cute pixel-art graphics!

Also, have a look at our game if you like.

Who doesn't like a spider climbing up  -_-" :D Neat graphics and sound design.

A visual counter to the intensity of the web shoot would be nice. Also, in the beginning, I needed clarification on where I could go.

Please also have a look at our game :)

Actually this game deserves some more attention. :) Well executed and with polish.

The lag I saw, was mainly of the use of particles. Godot lags a second or two when particles are played the first time. Maybe you can "pre fire" them in the loading screen.

PLease also have a look at our game :)

it’s already part of the game :) the start button is missing and need to be pulled and sized into position :)

Thank you very much! The graphic was a design choice. I love the old-school NES style; I played a lot of Zelda, and the Minifantasy assets are gold.

I will update the game after the rating period and introduce the whole game loop and some other ideas.

Thank you :) Yes, I will. An Update is already planned and will come after the rating period.

Thank you!
Yes, still WIP and after the rating period is over I want to update the game, with proper game loop and story elements.

Thank you for the feedback.
Yes, I agree. A game without a proper gameplay loop is not a game :)
I still wanted to ship it - it's the first jam I properly attended and finished.

Graphics was by choice. 8-bit pixel art and a retro-like shader to simulate an old TV screen. I grew up playing Zelda on the NES :)
