Nice production quality! and interesting implementation of the monetisation brief. Had some trouble saving but realised it was just my adblocker. Looking forward to the next act!

Thanks for the kind words! Glad you got into it, definitely a barrier of entry with the learning curve. One day it'd be nice to expand on the virtuous efforts of our faceless, one-pawed hero. He's a good guy in a bad world, for sure.

Thanks, yeah was a shame we couldn't get any audio in. Cheers for taking a look.
Checked out your game; looks fantastic!

Thanks for checking it out!

Thanks very much for playing and taking the time to comment- really glad you liked the main mechanic!

Thanks, really glad you liked it! Really wish we had more time at the end to put some explanations / pointers in, especially on how plugs work differently to other equipment, it's not clear. Thanks for checking it out!

Thanks for giving it a go! We ran out of time to add some instructional content, and general consensus seems to be the separation between click-dragging and just clicking is confusing, which we thought would probably be the case without a tutorial. But hey, can't fit everything in 48hrs! Thanks again!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, if only there was more time! :)

Thanks for playing! Yep, you sure can! It's usually a good idea to fill up both bowls and also leave the ladel full whenever the broth's hot enough, so that you've got one one ready to go! It could be removed, but we think it's a nice "hidden" feature :)

Thanks! Yeah, plugs are click and drag, but everything else is click to pick up, and click (on a relevant spot) to interact/release - so plates go on two little mats in front of the customers. That's definitely something that could be improved - thanks for checking it out! :D

Hey folks! Whilst they're still great fun, there often tends to be an abundance of games in jams with violent 'verbs'; shoot, kill, punch, destroy etc.

Does your game let the player do something a little different? If so, what are the verbs? Let's list them all in one place!

In our game, you have to cook Ramen noodles with one topping, and there's only one plug socket between all your appliances !

Your city is constantly hiking the price of electricity, but you've only got one plug socket between all your appliances. Hard times call for hard limits; people can only ask for one topping! Assemble the Ramen while using as little electricity as possible, lest your account goes into overdraft and you have to close shop. Hopefully some lighthearted cooking fun! Hope you enjoy it, if so please give it a rating and leave a comment! :)

We'd certainly appreciate you giving NoodleRunner a look!

Our game, NoodleRunner, takes place in a single view of your Ramen shop!

Lovely idea!
We're pretty short on ratings right now: https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2019/rate/463198

It's a cooking game where there's only one plug socket between all your appliances, and people are only allowed one topping. You live in a dystopic city where electricity prices are constantly rising; you've gotta sell enough Ramen to keep your shop open! Some light hearted fun! Thanks for taking a look!
