Hi! I really appreciate the exhaustive feedback! 

1) Yea... It was in my to-do. 

2) I will use horizontal/vertical input instead in new version.

3) Yes, intentional. Should probably make it faster to restart.

5) Initially I had multiple colours for multiple cuts. The self -enemy limit is a bit weak, perhaps clearer if you die if you cross your path (like snake).

6) Thanks, my first attempt ever doing something with multiple scenes so that's something I early knew I'd like to grasp.

7) no key, can add in next version.

8) yea,i considered that, but speeding around were too much fun. But it would make it more puzzle.

9) Difficult without analogue inputs. Also, mowers typically have fixed gear speeds. It adds ability for muscle memory even if it may not be intuitive. I wanted to tweak the speeds to match tile spacing for full u-turns - gear 4 makes perfect 4 tile radius etc.

13) Yea, i kept it. It is at expense of time so it is fine. Adjusting it could make you unintentionally cut some tiles while turning etc 

14) agree! I had to force myself to finish game breaking things to make it playable, thus some bugs like 1/2/3/7. You make stupid things having fever or spend 10 times as long figuring out a bug compared to normal temperature. Like when I spent an hour not realizing I had disabled debug.log MSG's to console =).

I have some ideas and drafts for some low poly lawn mower tycoon game. Planning turns, seeing progress and the soothing mowing engine sound is a nice combo worth exploring.

There are some games on Android app store you could check out.

 Thanks for your comment ! That's my largest take away from this Jam. I had the ambition to make it more clear but I simply did not have the knowledqe or time to learn what I wanted to achieve. It were a challenge to get it playable at all in time for submission :).

Try to create a buffer zone of dice to catch all exploding dices. I.e. try bouncing your die on the right side of existing ones. This helps catch the ones exploding. Of course there's still the risk of a secondary 6 to be faced up but I found this helped alot.

Haha, lovely comment. 


1) avoid the white cubes, they knock off the die balls from you.

2) pickup the pink poker chips approaching you. Them breaking and falling down is only cosmetics (and probably a bit confusing)

3) every struck pink poker chip add up to final score display on the end sequence rolling on the table (which is also just cosmetics).

Thanks! I understand the initial struggle. I guess I got used to it by playing it multiple times so I didn't fully realise the first play experience. I had more ideas I wanted to add or tweak but simply too little time for my limited skill. Glad you liked it!

Hectic game, nice choice of music. I felt the camera-move being a little bit too stuttering to make me able to plan (/comprehend what was going on and act accordingly). Fun idea that could be polished to become more enjoyable.

Interesting idea. The controls didn't feel 100% and the other time around, as Regorius said, the dice end up in upper left corner.

I enjoyed the writing. It reminded me of when I really tried reading the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. A lot of humour and... weird things, and some odd words for me not being a native english speaker. I had a couple of laughs and I didn't expect to continue until the end but I kept going.

Interesting idea. Being a hobbyist pianist, I felt very lost using the keyboard. Not sure how the theme fit in? (random notes to be played?).
I think some more feedback on good and bad timing would have improved my experience. And as in my own game, I realized, score increase as feedback during the main game segment is a motivating thing that I miss.

I like the concept. But controlling and calculating one die were enough. When the other die appeared I gave up.  Too much brains needed for me :).

The first levels I mostly completed by looking for where there were room to cause different results, rather than calculating the results as such. Sounds and presentation is nice but I guess the type of challenge didn't suit me.

Simple but complex, love all about it. This is a great game that really has that 'just one more time' feeling coupled with the tension only exploding sixes can provide when that collect has reached high.

I did not have any sound or music, not sure if that's intentional or not. I felt as if there were a lack of feedback (probably due to no sound) to me as a player of what my towers did, and the strategy part typically in a tower defense gets a bit omitted since the tower type is random.
Perhaps a way to know  what the next random tower will be, before placing it, would help with that.

With sound and music, I think the experience would improve alot.

I tried a couple of times and I found it quite difficult. 

Thanks, I struggled getting the perspective to work. I had some ideas to improve clarity, but time wasn't enough. 

I understand the initial struggle with both visuals and controls, but as you say, once you get used to it and feel more in control, there's some fun precision timings.
