I like puzzle games so this one is a thumbsup for me. Can be fleshed out to a complete game too.

The idea is good. fighting with music. a little clunky but hey it’s a game jam.

Good job on the levels. As a fellow puzzle dev that was good use of the puzzle elements you have in game so in terms of puzzle design it was challenging but good challenging.

I was impressed you were able to have a sandbox mode in-game. That’s a nice touch. Although you might have left some stuff out to get it in-game I assume.

In terms of music/sound it does become repetitive for awhile but it was not too distracting as I was more focusing on the puzzle itself.

In terms of graphics the static art is great but definitely missing that juice, I think you mentioned it on your page that you did not have time for it.

And for the boss part I have to admit I ran out of brain energy so I had to stop. I got too absorb in getting those 3 stars. so all in all good job! :)

Destructible buildings are always fun and chaotic! Good one!

Extra Juicy! I like it! Maybe a few suggestions.

  • A small line trail for the balls (may help see movements when there’s alot of them)
  • Point numbers when you collide with the point objects would add more juice
  • And maybe nice to not slow the player down as well on slowed time

Other than that good job! easy 5 stars

Good game! Those projectiles were hard to dodge because they were hard to see or too fast. I got taken out without realizing it. Maybe a slower exaggerated sized projectile would do the trick and gradually speed it up. Same with the players projectiles. But all in all a good game for the jam

Being drunk was less chaotic than I’d thought (maybe an additional left/right control inverted movement would have helped?) and as mentioned by someone you can kill the skeletons a few times to get more money.

I was surprised you guys have made a cut scene and did a smooth transition to gameplay. Good job!
