Thanks for feedback. I tried to do something different than counters and timers. Whole deck is constantly depleting instead of traditional deck building. Im glad you liked the concept anyway. I might polish it up later

Weird, they should be separated by half deck size. Im gonna go look into it. Thanks for noticing

(1 edit)

Did you use experimental options by any chance? Normally key and door are supposed to be separated 🤔. As for the ankh i completely agree. I was just experimenting with different mechanics, and for the jam its kinda better to leave things overpowered than underpowered. Im thinking of making a patch with some items and balancing later after the jam

Thank you! I know some people dont like the crt so i feel like toggle is a must

Yeah the tutorial could use some love. Im really glad you liked the game!

Thank you for noticing! I tried to squezee this theme in as much places as i could. Glad you like the game

Thank you! I tried my best with the vibe

Thank you! Im proud of that shader. As for progression i have few ideas in mind

Thats great to hear, im considering updating the game later

Thank you! That means a lot

Vibe and artwork are top notch, although physics seems a bit finicky. Mechanics are really creative but it took me a while to get how the arrow timing worked. Love the skong references

Fun game! Hitting the timing is really fun and fits jam theme nicely. If you want feedback i would suggest making important game elements more bold, like timing windows could be bigger/different color. Diagetic UI is super cool addition btw

Got me saying funny things out loud. Fun concept, would benefit from little movement adjustments

I love the concept, it has high potential, even outside game jam. Polish also stands out

Nice coherent art. Fun game, although it was kinda unclear when you can and can not reveal cards

Creative concept executed realy well. Easy to pickup on and polished nicely.

Thank you! Its realy rewarding when things you planned out are noticed

Thank you so much! If you are interested, when starting new game, there is experimental button, showing all the game parameters. Its messy but you can change deck size

Im really happy it was easy to understand. That was one of my main goals

I love your reply. Thanks for the feedback. I agree with all your nitpicks, they honestly were result of a deadline.
-Crt cause i wanted to cover all the mixels
-The restart thing i knew but since there was "semi easy" way to restart i focused on other stuff
-Idea with unbeatable boss was to 1. force player to engage with running away 2. Create more "count down" theme elements, smaller deck, chasing demon gets closer etc.
As for the future updates i have few things in mind, but we see how this goes.

I had fun. Movement is kinda floaty but that wasnt that bad for speedrunning. Quick restart hotkey would be great. Rolling animation is really cool

Epilepsy tells scary stories about this. Really interesting concept but controls on web are weird. Love the art

Incredible art, audio is pretty great too

Nice game! Some particles and juice would go a long way

You werent laying when you said its addictive! Its so simple but so fun at the same time. Good call on focusing on it

Peak art. Fun concept. Nice transitions and stuff. Imo would benefit a lot from simple Qol stuff. Also theres a bug i think? After losing transition loops indefinitely

Impressive amount of content! I think the game would benefit a lot from rotating tiles by mouse dragging. Like dragging mouse left while holding LMB should place conveyor to the left.
Overall I immediately noticed amount of work that has been put into the game. Also great job with the tutorial, later recipes got too complicated for me but not because i didnt know basic mechanics. Btw cute onboarding art

Thank you, this means a lot. I will definitely make it playable after rating period

Seems that the game is stuck on extracting, any way i can fix that myself?

Super cool concept, its really fun to complete levels and watch all units work as a team

5 for nearly every category from me. Love the artstyle but for me it made it kinda hard to remember what wall does what exactly

Really polished with nice art and sound effects. Imo lacks challenge, the levels felt the same just with bigger numbers. Maybe time limit would help? Or requirement to create specific color patterns like red blue red blue
