Not a bug report so much as a bit of criticism (SPOILERS):

The way that you get the best ending feels like you'd only get it on the first playthrough by dumb luck, and that the game sort of expects you to either be psychic or go through the game more than once or at least restart from a previous chapter.

On replay, it appears to have been fixed. Thanks!

You tried to cope but you ended up predicting the future. 

Came across a pretty serious bug in chapter 4:

For the trial, the evidence section of the tablet shows as if it were still in daily life, meaning no evidence except for the floor plan. I managed to get through it but there was a lot of trial and error save-scumming.
